Where You Live Is Who You Are. Designer Philippe Starck and developer Jorge M. Perez have found a way to embody the ultimate in contemporary living in one extraordinary building. Their inspired collaboration symbolizes the new standard for contemporary design in Miami Beach - ICON.
Icon brought innovative concepts where the original owners were able to choose from four different interior design packages by Philippe Starck. These package included options such as flooring, lighting, closet systems, window treatment, and other accessories.
Located next to Murano Grande, Icon consists of two towering tiers with 36 and 41 floors with spectacular views of Downtown Miami, South Beach, the ocean and the Biscayne Bay. One, two and three bedroom units are available all with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Featuring unique and beautiful architecture, located at the southernmost tip of Miami Beach, in the prestigious South of Fifth Street neighborhood, adjacent to the newly restored South Pointe Park and soon to be completed Fifth and Alton Shopping Center. One of the most spectacular locations in one of South Beach's hottest addresses! Stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, Fisher Island, Biscayne Bay, Miami Harbor, and downtown Miami, this is by far one of the most popular buildings in all of Miami Beach. Forty stories above the most exciting 20 blocks on the planet, known as South Beach in the heart of SoFi (South of Fifth). The building features a two story spectacular spa and entertainment rooms, with massage rooms, and even a private aerobics studio! To the West, the city lights of the Miami skyline, Biscayne Bay, and the spectacular Florida sunsets. To the North, the Art Deco glamour and the neon lights of South Beach.
The developer has taken painstaking attention to the design, working closely with Philippe Stark to deliver a cutting edge building that states "Where you live is who you are". The building even has a lap pool located on the third floor of the building, and is a waterfront oasis overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Downtown Miami skyline. Residents can also enjoy the infinity edge pool on the main deck as well as several hot tubs and complimentary towel services.
