Not only the action scenes have unfortunate accidents but some of the other scenes also have a great risk while filming.
Overtaking a car on a busy road can be dangerous especially if you are not a good driver. Thankfully no one was severely injured.
The delivery man has just a situation where he was at great risk of being injured severely but miraculously unharmed. But he can’t digest the situation very well.
As a holistic personal trainer, I'm always talking about the positive side of fitness, nutrition, habits, and more. I prefer this viewpoint because I believe and have experienced both with myself and with most of my clients, that inspiration (excitement from within) is more effective than motivation (from outside sources) in beginning and sustaining habit changes.
That being said, it's true, also, that there will be some days where you just don't feel like doing what you need to do for your health, fitness, and wellness goals. Some days are challenging.
There is a balance to be found within acting from inspiration and acting out of motivation or discipline. This is why planning and following a plan is so important. The plan in itself is an accountability tool.
For example: I'm training for the Richmond Marathon that is now less than a month away. I created a plan (I am a certified run coach) back in April. I've been running consistently 4 days a week since then. I had progression and recovery built into it, also, so my boyfriend, who is also running it as his first marathon, and I both would not get injured.
There were many mornings, especially in the beginning, where I did not feel like getting up early to go running. With our schedules, we would have to get up at 4:00 am to run at 5:00 am. But we did it anyway. And as I got up earlier, I finally got to the point where I was consistently getting to bed earlier, too. That made everything easier.
Still yet, with a conservative training plan over the course of the past 6 months, we had a very tough 20 mile run the other Sunday. The weather was not great for running - 74 degrees (in the morning) and 95% humidity. (You never want a run to go poorly or feel awful, but especially when it's a LONG one, haha). So we laced up our shoes and went out to get it in. It was the most difficult run we have had all season. And it was not our first time running 20 miles, either. This was our second go at it. But miles 16

Info: An employee gets tangled in the car wash and was not injured.
Info from Licensor: "We were currently traveling around Sri Lanka and had just left Arugam Bay heading to Yala. We came across this wild elephant on the main road. A local had given the Irish guy who was a passenger in the tuk tuk food to throw and distract the elephant so they could pass by safely but instead he decided to hand feed it to the elephant, not realizing he was supposed to throw it. The elephant turned over the tuk tuk and took out all his bags searching for food. Must be the luck of the Irish that he wasn't injured.
This soccer player injured his leg pretty badly and a stretcher was called to take him out. This paramedic moved his leg to take a bag and watch his reaction.
The Injured tongue.
This is the video about my friends tongue.
Attempt on bringing the dog up to my car failed due to our lack of experience in catching and handling injured dogs. My carrier just won't fit the size of this doggie. Sedate medicine didn't work either and I have to add more tomorrow. Fortunately we found out that one of the neighbors there is letting him and his buddy ( other dog ) in. I am not so sure whether he will keep in or just temporary. We will try our luck tomorrow and hopefully he will let us carry him again.
I called one of my friend who previously work in a vet to help us. He is very good in handling dog even bigger ones like Rotweiler. Surprisingly the dog was very calm and let him carried. However he didn't have the time to follow us to the vet and we have to carry him once we reached. As you can see the video, he was awake after a 30 minutes drive.
We got some X-ray done and he was injured pretty badly. Please click the X-ray photo to full size. The back leg bone were fractured completely and became like crossing each other. It must have been very painful. I have two option here according to the vet, one is amputate and one is fix him. Since he might be back on the street and since he still have a chance to walk with 4 legs, I will go to the fixing option which is putting a pipe inside and join the bone up. I certainly hope that the man has given him shelter will take in him, I just need to talk him again about this.
The dog has to stay in the vet for a month at least and the medical fee will not be cheap. I have to use all Alera fund in this and hopefully I can get some discount from the vet.
Just a quick update on the injured limping doggie. The video were shot on 29 October at the vet. In the video, you can see he is still afraid to use his injured leg. Maybe it is because it's still painful. The plate has not yet taken out and the vet will only do so probably end of this month. I am not sure why it has to be taken out and I will definitely ask the vet tomorrow. Due to the high fee involved and also limited of space for him to run about, the vet have suggested me to take him back.
I went to Chong Kooi's house just now; the man who is willing to keep him, and explained to him about the surgery progress. I also showed him some videos of the dog on my laptop too. If you have been following my videos and if you listen carefully on the third video, when the vet was doing the x-ray, he did call the dog Lucky. What a coincidence, Chong Kooi also called him Lucky too!
Tomorrow, Chong Kooi will follow along to bring Lucky back and I am sure Lucky misses home! Chong Kooi also contributed RM 100 ( Ringgit Malaysia) just now for Lucky medical fee and this is a surprise to me as he a retiree. At first, I rejected his money but he insisted me to accept it as a token of appreciation.
Lucky ( injured limping dog) finally got home today after spending so many weeks at the vet. He was very excited to see Chong Kooi. Unfortunately we might have to wait a while until he manage to walk normally again. The vet will take out the plate inside the hind leg end of this month. He told me that after taking out the plate, Lucky may feel more comfy and the joint hopefully will work better. He also said, due to severe damage on the injured leg, the muscles has contracted, so he need more time.
That's Chong Kooi and Lucky together in the photo on the right. After this, I will be seeing them in 3 weeks time. I told Chong Kooi not to let Lucky roaming outside and keep him within the compound. I will try to check on Lucky once a week to monitor his condition. Will visit the vet on this coming Monday to pay partially Lucky's medical fee.
