It's common knowledge that prominent actors and directors approach interviews, especially on television, with some caution. Over 12 years, presenting more than 200 of the most lustrous stars of film, theater, television and music, Inside the Actors Studio has earned the reputation of being a forum where guests can speak fearlessly, openly and honestly about the things that matter most to them.

*******www.504Experts**** As promised, here’s my first video of “Inside the Lenders Studio” - inspired by James Lipton’s Inside the Actors Studio. I’ve been watching that show a lot lately, and I’ve realized that I’m not as introspective as I think I am. Actors, because it’s their job to interpret different characters and personalities, seem to be fairly introspective when asked about where they came from, why they do what they do, what they aspire to be, and so on.
It got me thinking, and I have a feeling that lots of other entrepreneurs and business owners have the same problem as me: way too many balls in the air to stop and think about the why’s of what we’re doing. The idea of “Inside the Lenders Studio” has two primary purposes: 1) to get me thinking about more than just my to-do list and 2) to clue you in to why I do what I do and why Mercantile exists. Watch the first installment of this series - I start with a list of questions James Lipton uses on his show…
The host of Bravo's Inside the Actor's Studio is celebrating his 250th episode this week. But he didn't always teach drama to grad students. James tells Parade he was a pimp in Paris in the 1950s! He says, "It was only a few years after the war. Paris was different then, still poor. Men couldn't get jobs and, in the male chauvinist Paris of that time, the women couldn't get work at all." And he didn't just pimp out one girl, he had a whole bordello!
