Long live the King... of Pop. Michael Jackson is releasing albums from the grave now, his first posthumous single debuted on MichaelJackson**** Monday -- titled “Breaking News”. But his family is saying it isn’t even his voice. TMZ got this quick comment from his sister La Toya Jackson. Reporter: “Do you think that’s your brother’s song, they’re saying its not his.” Jackson: “Ya know what, I listened to it. It doesn’t sound like him.” Reporter: “It doesn’t sound like him? OK. Thank you.” MJ’s mom and two of his children have also expressed their doubts about the track, but the Michael Jackson Fan Club believes it’s legit. “The music is classic MJ. The vocals.... honestly, at first our team was a little torn but after really listening to it, we think it's absolutely him!” Here’s a bit of the song for you to judge whether it’s the King himself. Lyrics: “Everybody wanting a piece of Michael Jackson. Reporters stalking the moves of Michael Jackson. Just when you thought he was done, he wants to give it again.” (ABC News/Sony) Sony has assured the media the album is indeed from MJ’s unfinished or unreleased tracks. The company says this debut track was recorded in 2007. But Will.i.am asks the BBC -- if Jackson didn’t want it released then, why release it now? "He was a perfectionist and he wouldn't have wanted it that way... Now that he is not part of the process, what are they doing? Why would you put a record out like that?" A Washington Post blogger says regardless, the track just isn’t that good. “The song is definitely not one of his best. It's jarring, and it could have simply been tweaked too much by the record company into some sort of limbo-Jackson voice.” Sony and the Jackson Estate -- managed by Entertainment Lawyer John Branca and Music Executive John McClain -- have been making bank ever since he died. Forbes reports the estate made $275 million last year. ABC News looks at what has been generating all the financial success. “By far the best selling artist in 2009, ‘This Is It’ was the highest grossing concert movie, more than 260 million. There’s a Michael Jackson video game, even a Cirque du Soleil world tour dedicated to the King of Pop.” And now you can add a whole new album to that list -- titled simply “Michael”, it will be released December 14. Tell us what you think, will you be moon-walking to the King’s new grooves? Or is the whole album a fraud? Get more multi-source entertainment news analysis from Newsy****
