Zum anderen darf man die ursprüngliche Form der klassischen Übungen von Joseph Pilates nicht aus dem Blick verlieren, was die „1 zu 1-Trainingsform voraussetzt. Christiane Reiter hat sich lange Zeit mit den originalen Mattenübungen auseinandergesetzt und für jede Übung Group Fitness- taugliche Modifikationen erarbeitet. Da viele Pilates-Übungen aufgrund fehlender Gelenkigkeit, massiver Verkürzungen der Muskulatur und schlechtem Körper-/ Bewegungsgefühl der Teilnehmer nicht sicher ausgeführt werden können, verbindet sie die einfachen, abgewandelten Pilatesabläufe mit vielen Dehnungs- und Mobilisationsübungen. Christiane legt dabei besonders viel Wert auf das Entspannen der Arm-, Schultergürtel- und Nackenmuskulatur, um somit die Sensibilität der Teilnehmer auf das Powerhouse zu lenken. Christiane zeigt Ideen für Kursstunden in den Schwierigkeitsgraden Beginner und Intermediate, die beide auf das Arbeiten mit großen Gruppen ausgerichtet sind. Einige einzelne Übungen werden zusätzlich in kleinen Bildausschnitten auch in der originalen Form nach Joseph Pilates präsentiert. Neben gezielter Kräftigung und Dehnung, legt Christiane ihr Hauptaugenmerk auf ein verbessertes Gefühl für Körper und Bewegung. Once again, partnering with LaMarcable productions (Casey and Ryan LaMarca) and Train this Clown was filmed at the exact same location as the original video in Fort Totten Park, Queens, New York.
