CJ arrives in the UK for a very English summer. He ventures off to visit a motorcycle breakers yard and track down a new regulator. Later he finds his electrical problem was a missing fuse.
The first day on the back takes CJ from England to Spa Belgium. Destination is spa bikers classic 2008
The Perfect Corner moves on from Spa and heads to Holland in search of the Laverda Museum. We pick up an extra traveler and Rob joins us on his race bike. CJ works his magic and shows us an impressive collection of bike including a rare V6 Laverda.
Nurburgring the north ring is open to the general public to experience one of the worlds greatest race tracks. Getting access to race tracks is often difficult and expensive, but in Germany they have solved the problem, turning the track into a toll road.
Our Ride through the German countryside was a great day for a blat. Kelberg is a town near Nurburg which we found by chance looking to stop for some breakfast. KJ found us at the cafe and welcomed us to his home where we met his wonderful family.
The Euro Tour continues on it's way through Germany and CJ visit's Phil's mate Reinard and uncovers a magnificent collection of Italian motorcycles including the very rare 75cc Caproni Trento

We leave Kaiserslautern, stop on the side of the road and meet a fellow traveller who invites us to the World of Guzzi event in Gleishorbach. Un-planned adventures are often the best and we meet fellow motorcycle enthusiasts who enjoy there machines.
The Perfect Corner venture towards Lake Constance in search of Andy Wagner and the wholly grail of Laverda parts. Unfortunately we miss Andy but the ride to Konstanz the inland lake city is memorable.
Switzerland it is as stunning as the pictures. We stay with Lyn and Dave and CJ is an instant hit with the puppy's. The trip through to Italy over the top of the mountain passes was breathtaking.
The Perfect Corner takes us through the Dolomites of Northern Italy with some great on-board footage and scenary. CJ goes in search of Mr Laverda' secret University of Motorcycling ... this is a wonderous adventure playground for two wheels.
The day begins with a long trip planned from Breganze Italy to Poitiers France 1300klm. Destination is Trofeo Rosso event which has some fantastic racing machines on the Val de Vienne track.
CJ joins in to the annual Laverda festivities in Breganze. First port of call is Aprilia factory and then on to Adria International Raceway for some time on the track. The Zane era Laverda's are still popular track bikes in Europe.
