Meet Lado (Benicio Del Toro) - he's here to remind you that Mexican drug cartels aren't the people you want to mess with.
Savages is directed by Oliver Stone and stars Taylor Kitsch, Aaron Johnson, and Blake Lively. In theaters July 6.
From Academy Award®--winning filmmaker Andrew Stanton comes "John Carter"—a sweeping action-adventure set on the mysterious and exotic planet of Barsoom (Mars). "John Carter" is based on a classic novel by Edgar Rice Burroughs, whose highly imaginative adventures served as inspiration for many filmmakers, both past and present. The film tells the story of war-weary, former military captain John Carter (Taylor Kitsch), who is inexplicably transported to Mars where he becomes reluctantly embroiled in a conflict of epic proportions amongst the inhabitants of the planet, including Tars Tarkas (Willem Dafoe) and the captivating Princess Dejah Thoris (Lynn Collins). In a world on the brink of collapse, Carter rediscovers his humanity when he realizes that the survival of Barsoom and its people rests in his hands.
John Carter arrives 3/9/2012
Taylor Kitsch and Bryan Cranston go head to head in this extended clip from John Carter, in theaters March 9.
Set in the wounded planet of Mars, JOHN CARTER OF MARS chronicles the journey of Civil-War veteran John Carter (TAYLOR KITSCH), who finds himself battling a new and mysterious war amidst a host of strange Martian inhabitants, including Tars Tarkas (WILLEM DAFOE) and Dejah Thoris (LYNN COLLINS).
Laguna Beach entrepreneurs Ben (Johnson), a peaceful and charitable Buddhist, and his closest friend Chon (Kitsch), a former Navy SEAL and ex-mercenary, run a lucrative, homegrown industry—raising some of the best marijuana ever developed. They also share a one-of-a-kind love with the extraordinary beauty Ophelia (Lively). Life is idyllic in their Southern California town…until the Mexican Baja Cartel decides to move in and demands that the trio partners with them.
When the merciless head of the BC, Elena (Hayek), and her brutal enforcer, Lado (Del Toro), underestimate the unbreakable bond among these three friends, Ben and Chon—with the reluctant, slippery assistance of a dirty DEA agent (Travolta)—wage a seemingly unwinnable war against the cartel. And so begins a series of increasingly vicious ploys and maneuvers in a high stakes, savage battle of wills.
Kate Miller is a sexually frustrated housewife who is in therapy with New York City psychiatrist Dr. Robert Elliott. During an appointment, Kate attempts to seduce him, but Elliott rejects her advances. Kate goes to the Metropolitan Museum and, in a critically applauded ten-minute sequence played entirely without dialogue, she has an unexpected flirtation with a mysterious stranger.
Dressed to Kill is a 1980 erotic crime thriller film written and directed by Brian De Palma and starring Michael Caine, Angie Dickinson, Nancy Allen in aGolden Globe-nominated performance, and Keith Gordon. It centers on the murder of a housewife, and the investigation headed by the witness to the murder, a young prostitute, and the housewife’s teenaged son.
The original music score is composed by Pino Donaggio. His soundtrack evokes a 1980's sexiness without sounding too dated. Nightmares and murders are meshed well with the erotic nature of this recording. The horrifying scenes are brilliantly moved by the score, they flow right along with it to climax. De Palma ordered Donaggio to write in the vein of Herrmann’s PSYCHO, but Pino does more than pick the bones of a dead composer and awash in emotion that it may simply frighten some people because it almost topples over into kitsch, but I'd argue it doesn't. The title tune makes you feel like that girl in AMERICAN BEAUTY bathing in rose petals, like a kind of rondo thing that just takes you higher and higher into its erotic frenzy.

Taylor Kitsch is no stranger to a good challenge—he physically trained extensively for John Carter, fought off aliens in Battleship, and was a football superstar in Friday Night Lights, but it sounds like shooting sexy scenes with Blake Lively in his new flick Savages was perhaps the TOUGHEST cinematic moment he's ever had!
Taylor told People Magazine, "It's very awkward to do, you know, and I was just glad it was over with, to be honest. And it's such a big part of [my character] and who he is, and that's how you meet him. So it's a pretty intense reveal, no pun intended."
And understandably, you'd probably want to get to know the person you're getting down with pretty well, right?
Well, unfortunately, Taylor's time with Blake prior to shooting the scenes was pretty limited.
He said, "We had two weeks of rehearsal, so we talked until we were about to pass out, and then [we shot the sex scenes] on the day I think I knew Blake three days ... four days maybe."
Needless to say, the 31 year old Canadian actor said the sex scenes were VERY improvised.
As far as Taylor's next projects are concerned, he swore that there'd be "No green screen for a while. It's back to just mano a mano, working with actors."
Let me know if you're stoked to see steamy action on screen between Taylor Kitsch and Blake Lively below in the comments section.

Ich sag Dir was Du willst,
Du sitzt einfach still
Weil ich rede jetzt
Ich erweck dein dumpfes Herz
Beweis dir, du bist nicht verkehrt
Wer nicht traurig sein kann
Hat im Leben nicht getanzt
Leb in meiner Welt
Wenn, was du liest, dich düster stimmt
Weil die Apokalypse kein Ende nimmt
Bestell ich die Zeitung für dich ab
Und das Leben stösst dir zu
Ich mach Dich glücklich mit Gewalt
Wenn Du meine Gefühle raubst
Werd ich mit Dir skrupellos und alt
Leb in meiner Welt, damit Du dich sicher fühlst
Augen, Ferne, Tratsch
