“What is man without the beasts? If all the beasts were gone, man would die from a great loneliness of the spirit. For whatever happens to the beasts, soon happens to man” -Chief Seattle Populations: LIONS= 35,000 and going down. TIGERS= 4,000 and going down. HUMANS = 6,680,000,000 and going up. I wish we could split the planet in half and those that don’t care could have part and those of us who are willing to work and sacrifice to make the planet a better place for future generations could have ours. But life doesn’t work like that. Some would go to a great museum like the Field Museum and have a great time; I go and become more cynical  I find it interesting how we treat our wildlife. And see it as a reflection at times of how we treat each other. We tell the locals to protect the lion in Africa, meanwhile any westerner with enough money can trophy hunt it, or eat them in a fancy restaurant in America. The Tiger is endangered and finally seeing protection in India, yet still falls to poachers due to the Asian medicine market, or as we saw last year in Dallas, Texas can be owned as a pet (where they are not endangered) and shot and killed with little laws protecting it. Wildlife groups go to court using time and money to protect wildlife, as other agencies fight to get them taken off of list for various reasons. Wildlife conservation is a mess. The human situation is another mess, where just in my lifetime the population has doubled. Have we evolved twice as much, or are we twice as happy? I doubt it. The poor are having multiple children putting themselves in a bigger financial hole, and the wealthy go through resources like there’s no tomorrow. I see people complain about the environment as they load their super strollers holding four kids and one in each arm into their mini van. Pioneers of the Plains is a historical film from the 1940's that dramatizes the spirit of Westward Expansion beautifully. The film chronicles the Carter family's journey west to California, in search of a new life. In the past, the Carter's faced hardships, like many people in early American history, which have prepared them for the difficulties ahead of them while settling in the vast plains. Loneliness, serious dangers, and hard work are the burdens they must bare, the viewer is told. It will take faith in themselves and belief in a higher power helps them to endure these hardships. Pioneer food was often simple cornmeal mush. But throughout, the Carter family also encounters positive experiences on the frontier: friendly cowboys and neighbors, as well as the enjoyment of good fiddle playing. The pioneer women are stout and hard working, important traits to have in early pioneer life. They managed some excellent pioneer cooking to help ease the life on the frontier. All in all, Pioneers of the Plains brings the experience of the frontier life, including some wonderfully produced pioneer clothing.

ade By: HardCoreSmasher Dedicated : KilShot1 Game: Metal Gear Solid 4 Type: Music Video Artist: Linkin Park Song: By Myself Lyrics: ---------------- What do I do to ignore them behind me? Do I follow my instincts blindly? Do I hide my pride from these bad dreams And give in to sad thoughts that are maddening? Do I sit here and try to stand it? Or do I try to catch them red-handed? Do I trust some and get fooled by phoniness, Or do I trust nobody and live in loneliness? Because I can't hold on when I'm stretched so thin I make the right moves but I'm lost within I put on my daily façade but then I just end up getting hurt again By myself (Myself) Pre chorus: I ask why, but in my mind I find I can't rely on myself I can't hold on To what I want when I'm stretched so thin It's all too much to take in I can't hold on To anything watching everything spin With thoughts of failure sinking in If I turn my back I'm defenseless And to go blindly seems senseless If I hide my pride and let it all go on Then they'll take from me 'till everything is gone If I let them go I'll be outdone But if I try to catch them I'll be outrun If I'm killed by the questions like a cancer Then I'll be buried in the silence of the answer (By myself) Pre chorus Chorus How do you think I've lost so much I'm so afraid, I'm out of touch How do you expect I will know what to do When all I know is what you tell me to Don't you know I can't tell you how to make it go No matter what I do, how hard I try I can't seem to convince myself why I'm stuck on the outside Chorus (2x) _____________________________________ Note: Gear metal solid 4 (10) Best Game Out There *I Dedicate This Video To KilShot1* This Is My 23th Music Video ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please ╔═╦╗╔╦╗╔═╦═╦╦╦╦╗╔═╗ ║╚╣║║║╚╣╚╣╔╣╔╣║╚╣═╣ ╠╗║╚╝║║╠╗║╚╣║║║║║═╣ ╚═╩══╩═╩═╩═╩╝╚╩═╩═╝

You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Desiderata Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself. Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time. Exercise caution in your business affairs; for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals; and everywhere life is full of heroism. Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is as perennial as the grass. Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.

Have A Heart, A Valentinobecka Production (Questions, wishes or opinions? -> Questions.Valentinobeckahotmail****) THE IMAGES YOUR ARE ABOUT TO SEE ARE NOT ISOLATED CASES. Theese are the Industry standard for animal bred as pets, food, clothing and for entertainment. VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED! When we go to the circus, rarely do we stop for a moment and consider: what incites an animal to do something unatural and even dangerous? We know animals feel. They feel fear, loneliness, and pain, just like humans do. What animal would choose to spend their entire life in captivity... If they had a choice? Mark Twain once said, "Of all the creatures ever made, He (man) is the most detestable. He´s the only creature that inflicts pain for sport, knowing it to be pain" Ignorance is the speciesist´s first line of defense. Ignorance has prevailed so long only because people do not want to find out the truth. We are aware that our clothes come from slaughtered cows, that our entertainment means the suffering and death of millions of animals. We are all animals of this planet. We are all creatures. And non-human animals experience sensations just like we do. Like us, first and foremost they are earthlings. And like us they are surviving. Without a doubt this must be to "bite the hand that feeds us" In fact, we have actually stomped and spit on it. So if there is any truth to the age-old saying, "What goes around, comes around," Then what do they get from their pain? Animals used for food, used for clothing, used for entertainment, and used for scientific experiments- and all the oppression that is done to them under the sun- They all die from pain.

*******www.maximotv**** Joe Jackson (Michael Jackson father) talks to the press at the 2009 BET AWARDS at the Shrine in los Angeles June 28. Jackson's image as a father was tainted throughout the late 1980s through the mid 1990s in which the media reported stories told by some of his children that Jackson was abusive towards his children. When he managed his family, he ordered each of them to call him "Joseph", which led to several siblings being estranged from their father. In 2003, in an interview for BBC TV, Joseph admitted to using physical punishment on his children and also voiced his disapproval of homosexuality. Michael Jackson claimed that from a young age he was physically and emotionally abused by his father, enduring incessant rehearsals, whippings and name-calling, but also contended that his father being a strict disciplinarian played a large part of his success. In one altercation — later recalled by Marlon Jackson - Joseph held Michael upside down by one leg and "pummeled him over and over again with his hand, hitting him on his back and buttocks." Joseph would also trip up or push his male children into walls. One night while Michael was asleep, Joseph climbed into his room through the bedroom window. Wearing a fright mask, he entered the room screaming and shouting. Joseph said he wanted to teach his children not to leave the window open when they went to sleep. For years afterward, Michael suffered nightmares about being kidnapped from his bedroom. Michael first spoke openly about his childhood abuse in a 1993 interview with Oprah Winfrey. He said that during his childhood he often cried from loneliness and would sometimes get sick or start to vomit upon seeing his father. In Michael's other high profile interview, Living with Michael Jackson (2003), the singer covered his face with his hand and began crying when talking about his childhood abuse. Jackson recalled that Joseph sat in a chair with a belt in his hand as he and his siblings rehearsed and that "if you didn't do it the right way, he would tear you up, really get you."
