Formed from the merger of the British colony of the Gold Coast and the Togoland trust territory, Ghana in 1957 became the first sub-Saharan country in colonial Africa to gain its independence. Ghana endured a long series of coups before Lt. Jerry RAWLINGS took power in 1981 and banned political parties. After approving a new constitution and restoring multiparty politics in 1992, RAWLINGS won presidential elections in 1992 and 1996, but was constitutionally prevented from running for a third term in 2000. John KUFUOR succeeded him and was reelected in 2004. Kufuor is constitutionally barred from running for a third term in upcoming Presidential elections, which are scheduled for December 2008. ********www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/gh.html

The expansion of the matter in the universe is caused by great cosmic collisions that carry matter to the ends of the universe. All Galaxies Originate From One Galaxy ! -------- Quran 51.47 ---------------- It is We Who have built the universe with power, and, verily, it is We Who are steadily expanding it. -------- Image Info ----------------- Galaxies have close encounters that sometimes end in grand mergers and overflowing sites of new star birth as the colliding galaxies morph into wondrous new shapes. Today 59 views of colliding galaxies constitute the largest collection of Hubble images ever released to the public. This new Hubble atlas dramatically illustrates how galaxy collisions produce a remarkable variety of intricate structures in never-before-seen detail. Full Screen !!!!!! Blue Turner: Songwriter. This Country Rock song features Blue Turner on vocals & guitar. The humorous storyline depicts the ongoing struggles between the sexes, where men may play the game, but the women know the score. How a man has will to fight to be heard, but a woman has the last word. He may wear the pants, but she has the final say. How a woman can have you believe that your in control, but in reality she is. This hilarious video shows various men and women at odds with each other, with different metaphors from tug of war, to pie in the face slapstick comedy. download here: *******hostfiled****/lnjf9 Habbo stemmed from a 1999 hobby project by creative designer Sampo Karjalainen and technologist Aapo Kyrölä called Mobiles Disco for a Finnish band, a virtual chat room running on Aapo's Fuse technology. After having been contracted to design a virtual game and chat called Lumisota (Snow Wars) for a Finnish ISP, Elisa, they were contracted for another project. They developed Hotelli Kultakala (eng. Hotel Goldfish) with a small team of developers and it was launched in August 2000 on the ISP's web portal. Aapo and Sampo and Dee Edwards, an entrepreneur from the UK, wanted to create an international business based on the virtual hotel concept and worked on a plan in autumn 2000 and raised finance. By the end January 2001, Habbo Hotel had been launched in beta mode. The new hotel launched officially a few weeks afterwards, aimed at the teenage market, with marketing and payment partners in place, run from a HQ in London. It had a new credits system and community and safety features. The next hotel was launched in Switzerland a few months later, in four languages. It has since been expanded to over 31 countries in five continents, including Hotelli Kultakala in Finland which was made into a Habbo Hotel and has been invested in by venture capitalists. In May 2006, the service, along with its domain names, were changed from www.habbohotel**** (******, ****.au, etc.) to www.habbo**** (******, ****.au, etc.). In August 2007, Habbo's Chinese community closed down temporarily, the first time a Habbo website has closed. The challenging Chinese market and high operational costs led to the decision of closing the service. Customers in China were redirected to other Habbo communities. In December 2008, Habbo's Russian community announced it was closing in February 2009 as a result of low numbers. Those on the site with "furni" (virtual furniture that can be used to furnish rooms in the hotel that are bought with the use of Habbo Credits or Coins, that can be exchanged for real money given to Sulake) have been told they will receive credit codes for use on the USA Habbo community. In late May 2009, Habbo opened a new beta version of Habbo for some Habbos to test out before using it officially. In the new version of Habbo, the client uses Flash instead of Shockwave, and the interface of the Hotel is changed. In January 2010, it was announced that Habbo US and Habbo Canada were undergoing a merger, to be finalized in April 2010.However, in April 2010, it was announced that all English-speaking hotels will be merged as one.On May 5, the merger for Habbo US and Habbo Canada was complete. On June 2, the Australian site merge was completed. The Singapore site was officially merged on June 4. On June 10, the final Hotel, Habbo UK, was merged and that completed the set, making Habbo**** the only English site.

The tradition of brewing in Brazil dates back to European immigration in the early nineteenth century. Beer is brewed in the very south of Brazil where there are many German immigrants brewing traditional German style lagers to the mouth of the Amazon up in the north at Belém where the Cerpa brewery can be found. The majority of the market (approximately 83%) belongs to Inbev, the owner of the brands Brahma, Antarctica, Bohemia and Skol. Brazil's largest brewer was formed from the merger of the two biggest brands Brahma and Antarctica. In 2005, Ambev merged with Belgium's Interbrew (Stella Artois, Becks, Staropramen and many others) to form the world's largest brewer now known as Inbev. After the merge, Primo Schincariol became the largest Brazilian-owned brewery in the country. In 2002, Molson Coors bought Brazil's second largest brewery Kaiser. In 2006, the Mexican FEMSA Cerveza acquired 68% of Kaiser Brewery from Molson Coors. Molson Coors still helds 15% of Kaiser brewery and Heneiken helds the 17% remaining. Recently, FEMSA Cerveza released Mexican brand Sol in Brazilian market to compete with the biggest Inbev's brands. There are a number of microbreweries in Brazil, the emergence of which is a relatively recent phenomenon. Over the past decade or so Brazil has imported more and more brands of beer from Europe and the USA. These imports are more expensive than locally brewed beers. Some international brands are actually produced in Brazil such as Stella Artois, Carlsberg, Heineken, Budweiser and Miller, but all dedicated to premium market with very small market share.

Memorabilia Video Series Presents: Dr. J, Julius Winfield Erving II, The Philadelphia 76ers, Sixers, Bill Russell Dream Team Fantasy Camp in Las Vegas. Dr. J Julius Winfield Erving II, commonly known by the nickname Dr. J, helped launch a modern style of play that emphasizes leaping and play above the rim. Erving helped legitimize the now-Defunct American Basketball Association (ABA). Much as some players are considered "the team," Dr. J was considered "the league." He was the best known player in the ABA when the ABA-NBA merger joined it with the National Basketball Association (NBA) after the 1976 season. Erving won three championships, four Most Valuable Player Awards, and three scoring titles while playing with the ABA's Virginia Squires and New York Nets and the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers. He is the fifth-Highest scorer in professional basketball history, with 30,026 points (NBA and ABA combined). He is well-Known for slam dunking from the free throw line in Slam Dunk Contests. Erving was named to the NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time team and in 1993 was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame. In 2004, he was inducted into the Nassau County Sports Hall of Fame. Many consider him among the most spectacular basketballers ever, and one of the best dunkers of all time. His signature dunk was the "slam" dunk, since incorporated into the vernacular and basic skill set of the game, in the same manner as the "cross-Over" dribble and the "no look" pass.
