It’s an honour to spend time with a person who believes in the present. Onur is a common masculine Turkish name which means "Honour". I am telling you this because I going to share with you few glimpses from the life of this man named, Onur Bolaca.
My Turkish Chef
Onur is a Turkish chef who visited India during January – March 2017. I met him during that time only via a mutual friend, Namish Kumar. There was a bright energy in his personality which swayed me to be his friend. That time I had no idea that this bond would continue and I would be sharing it in an artistic form. Some people are born to live life with special thoughts. He is one of them. I have heard him saying, ‘Be in the moment’ for ‘n’ number of times. This thought has always stayed with me from then on.
Words are Static
And then I decided to compile a video because words sometimes are not enough to express something which is so dynamic. The video has been shot in Delhi, Himachal, Goa, Chandigarh and Agra. You can hear him saying in the video, “This is just a shoot, don’t believe anything” and you will get an idea about the personality he posses. He loves India, unlike us who always dream of going abroad. He is planning to come back to India soon and I am already excited to taste more dishes.
Onur creates a cycle for himself which is shown in the video as;
Goes out – Relax – spends time with a cat – Shop at supermarket – makes supper in Turkish style – Party – Again animal lover - Some more fun – again Goes out!! The cycle continues….
One last thing, before he left India he gave me another gift, Monika Marchewka. I and Monika became friends via him. I have recently posted a video featuring her as well. Stay tuned as my next feature is “Indo-Polish-Turkish”!!

royal mentor lee defines weapon broadly. weapon against mouse.
Okay, the first and most important thing I'll say: NEVER EVER USE POISON TO KILL MICE. Here's why. First, poison will only kill about half the mice. The others won't touch it, won't find it, or won't eat enough to die. Second, the mice that do die will die in the house, in the attic and walls, and rot and STINK. Yes, a tiny mouse creates a huge odor problem. Third, poison is a temporary fix. New mice will just keep coming and coming. Poison is a total waste of time. Like I said, first you've got to seal the entry holes. But after that, the good news - trapping mice is really easy!
How To Kill Mice: First, seal the holes leading into the house. Next, look all through the home and attic to see where the mice are living. Look for brown grease marks, chew marks, trails and little runways and tunnels in the insulation, and most of all, look for mouse droppings scattered around.
Now that you know where the mice run around, set snap traps there. The wooden snap traps are the best. Bait with any variety of work great, chocolate, and I prefer peanut butter. Set the traps along edges of walls, with the trip pan facing the wall, so the mouse can trigger it from either direction.
I don't recommend glue boards. They are not as effective, and then you've got a live mouse stuck and suffering in glue - just dumb. There are better ways to kill mice, snap traps are really the best.

How to Identify a Lump in a Breast|breast cancer clinical trials
If you find a lump in your breast, don't panic. It is normal to feel concern, but you should keep in mind that the majority breast lumps are benign, or non-cancerous; however, if in doubt, it is important to call your doctor and to have the breast lump examined (in the event of a cancerous breast lump, early detection and treatment is essential). The important thing is to know how to identify a breast lump so that you do not miss anything that could be of concern down the road.
Perform monthly self-breast exams to identify a lump in a breast. Most lumps are found by women, often by accident (in fact, 40% of breast cancers are found by women self-reporting a lump in their breast to their doctor).
Start by standing in front of a mirror to look at your breasts, with your hands on your hips (as this optimizes the positioning of your breasts so that you can look at them and compare them). Things to look for include: breasts that are similar to their normal in terms of size, shape, and color; no swelling; no skin changes; no nipple discharge or nipple changes; and no redness or soreness.
The next step in your breast self-exam is to raise your arms above your head, and to examine your breasts for the same features listed above. This change in position of your arms alters how your breasts sit, and is another way to identify any changes.
How to Deal With a Newly Detected Breast Lump|what happens if a breast biopsy is positive
If you do regular breast self-exams, that is great, but it is not required. Receiving regular mammograms and physicals along with performing self-checks are preventative steps that you might take. What happens if you actually find a lump? First, don't panic. Second, educate yourself about different types of lumps. Third, take action
Become familiar with how your breasts feel. You might not spend the time checking yourself out each month because cancer doesn't run in your family, you are young, you feel healthy, or maybe you tend to put things off. However, you may want to familiarize yourself with how healthy breasts normally feel. Do this right after a period because this is when natural breast lumps will be at their smallest.
The upper breast tissue either feels long and thick or uneven and rounded.
The lower breast feels smoother.
Some random spots feel slightly bumpy normally; just be aware of changes each month.
Know the warning signs. Different symptoms will alert you to a possible problem. Being familiar with each of them is something that you should add to your to-do-list! Educating ourselves is the best defense when it comes our health.
Be aware that some tenderness or lumpiness can occur around the time of your period. If it doesn't go away by your next cycle, be concerned.
If your breasts get red, become irritated, or the skin is flaky, you might want to see a doctor.
If your nipple looks like it is flipped inside out (unless it usually looks this way), make an appointment.
If your nipples produce any red, brown, yellow, or clear fluids, it's time for a check-up
