Men's Prolix Delta Jacket - There's only so many miles you can take on the gym treadmill before the yearning to be outdoors grows to an obsession. If you can't wait for the weather to warm, get yourself into this Prolix Delta Jacket from The North Face and get outside. It features a four-way stretch Apex Alpha Stretch fabric throughout most of the body, but you'll find lighter VaporWick Espial mesh beneath the sleeves to chill your torso hot spots. The Prolix Delta Jacket is a great choice for winter running, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and spring climbing. The infused chest pocket is lean and clean so it won't mess with your range of motion unless you pack it to capacity with gel packets (it also looks a little funny that way). A DWR finish keeps light moisture on the outside, and the jacket works well in misty conditions--provided that you're not doing outside all day in the damp. Slip into the Prolix this winter. You'll find that it's a great escape from the treadmill. Four-way stretch Apex Alpha Stretch fabric consisting of 87% polyester/13% elastane (rated at 30+ UPF and treated with a DWR finish) Breathable VaporWick Espial mesh consisting of 92% polyester/8% elastane beneath sleeves Full-length front zipper Reflective detailing on back improves visibility in low light conditions Thumbholes at sleeve Infused chest pocket for compact essentials like gels, keys and energy bars TNF logo on left chest

Ski pants look good but don't keep the weather out. Other ski pants keep the weather out but don't look that great. The North Face Women's S.T.H Pant does a better job than most at meeting both criteria. Granted, it's not entirely waterproof, but The North Face S.T.H. Pant is by far more wind resistant (we couldn't say windproof--but it's close) and stretchy than other ski pants with similar properties. The North Face borrowed a few fashion elements from classic ski design and mixes things up with a low-rise waist that also hides some convenient waist adjustment tabs. The hand pockets are nearly invisible and the accessory pocket on the lower calf is tough to spot, so unless you stuff the pockets with extra Kleenex packets, it's a pretty safe bet that you'll enjoy a lean and clean ski pant profile. Beneath the four-way Apex Weatherblock Stretch shell you'll also find a StretchVent gaiter system with gripper elastic to keep the snow out of your boots. In case you couldn't guess, we're pretty hyped about these functional and fashionable ski pants, but we're already anticipating that it will be tough to keep all sizes in stock for long--get yours ordered before the inventory is gone. Stretchy and highly wind resistant Apex Weatherblock Stretch treated with a DWR finish Distinct low rise cut is great for skiing but looks good at apres, too Hidden waist adjustment tabs help dial in the fit Concealed hand pockets keep the look clean Concealed accessory pocket on lower left calf Internal StretchVent gaiter system with gripper elastic Buddy lift clip for those places where you don't have a season's pass TNF logo on lower left cuff Weight: 22.9 oz. Don't get blown off the mountain this fall. The North Face Women's Venus Jacket neutralizes breezy conditions with a windproof (absolute 0 CFM) Apex Weatherblock shell fabric that's treated with a DWR finish to repel light rain. Inside the zippered pockets you'll find a mesh lining that doubles as venting--just in case you need to let a little breeze in so you stay cool while winding up the switchbacks. Great for cold days at big powder mountain resorts, The North Face Allure Jacket features plenty of 600-fill down for optimal comfort. We carried this women's jacket for a couple of seasons and found that the women who buy it are looking for breathable comfort over outright watertight weather performance--a skier who tends to look for the high and dry winter destinations. With the exception of color choices, this year's Allure Jacket version isn't that different, although The North Face did shave a handful of ounces off the design without cutting out features. The Allure's adjustable hood can be worn over most helmets or you can zip the whole thing off and stash it one of the many external and internal pockets. Inside you'll find plenty of extras like a goggle pouch and a zippered compartment for your MP3 music player or other portable electronics. The left sleeve has a zippered accessory pocket that's cleaner than the upper sleeve patch pockets found on the unisex jackets most guys wear. If warmth is everything and you prefer staying out of the rain, The North Face Allure Jacket is exactly what you need. Water-resistant and breathable dual-ply * HyVent double diamond ripstop fabric * Exceptionally warm 600-fill down insulation * Embossed taffeta lining on the inside * Core vents with mesh gussets for cooling when you need it * Zippered internal security pocket and compartment for music player * Goggle pouch with attached goggle wipe cloth * Accessory pocket on left wrist * Adjustable hood can be detached and stowed inside a pocket * TNF logo on upper left chest * Lift clip for ski resort tickets * Weight: 37.9 oz.
