*******ruggachick****/ Rugby 101 - Open style That is when a player, in most cases the scrum half, takes possession of the ball at a ruck, maul, scrum, line outs or throws a long pass along the back line. Then an overlap is formed. That is when the ball flows beautifully in the back line. As each back receives the ball, they pass it again immediately. The aim is for the attacking team to out number the defensive team, as the ball carrier will try and run through a perceived gab. If the ball carrier can not avoid being tackled, they will wait to oblige defenders to commit a tackle, before passing the ball to a team mate AKA an offload. If there is no-one to receive the ball, a tackle will set up a ruck and the team will recycle another phase of play.

Coast Guard Video: The Coast Guard offloaded more than 40,000 pounds of cocaine worth an estimated $500 million from cutter Sherman here April 23, 2007, seized by the crew in three busts near Central America in February and March. The offload will include approximately 38,000 pounds of cocaine seized in the largest cocaine bust in maritime history. The Ecuadorian-flagged fishing vessel Don Juan K was approached in the Pacific Ocean Feb. 19 off the coast of Mexico while allegedly offloading cocaine into "go-fast" (cigarette-style boat) boats. The fishing vessel's crew apparently set fire to Don Juan K in an attempt to destroy the evidence and flee in the go-fasts. Sherman's crew stopped the go-fasts and recovered about 900 pounds of cocaine as Don Juan K sank. The 14 crew members are being processed for further legal action. The 330-foot Panamanian-flagged motor vessel Gatun was interdicted in the Pacific Ocean Mar. 18 off the coast of Panama while heading north toward the United States. Sherman's crew stopped and boarded the vessel and found 765 bales of cocaine weighing approximately 38,000 pounds in two shipping containers. Gatun was escorted back to Panama and its 14 crew members processed for further legal action. Sherman's crew stopped and boarded a small stateless go-fast in the Pacific Ocean Mar. 25 off the coast of Panama following a short chase, in which, the go-fast attempted to flee at a high rate of speed. Approximately 2000 pounds of cocaine was found aboard the go-fast and its four crew members were processed for further legal action. The Coast Guard works in close coordination with Joint Interagency Task Force South, U.S. Attorney's office, Panama Express South, DEA, FBI, Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and Customs and Border Protection, as well as the Departments of Justice, State and Homeland Security on counter drug operations in the Pacific Ocean near Central and South America. These drug smuggling routes are some of the most active, yielding roughly 70% of the cocaine seized annually by the Coast Guard. The Coast Guard has kept about two million pounds of cocaine from reaching America's streets since 1973.

Learn More About Gay Lifestyle and Everything About Castro St. www.castropedia**** The castro once know as “little scandanavia” and Eureka Valley has transformed into one of the most thriving and vibrant gay communities in the United States. Find out the history and the current culture of the Castro coming up next on Castropedia**** Hi I’m Neil Garcia with Castropedia**** your video guide to being gay in San Francisco and the Castro lifestyle. The Castro, previously known as Eureka Valley, with over 40% of the population being gay, lesbian or bisexual is the epicenter of the gay community in San Francisco. The Castro surrounds the business district lining Castro street from Market street to 19th street. The neighborhood now known as the Castro was born in 1887 when the Market Street Cable Railway built a line linking Eureka Valley to downtown. Castro Street was named for José Castro, leader of the Mexican opposition to U.S. rule in California in the 19th century, and also governor of Alta California from 1835-1836. According to Morgan Spurlock, who filmed "Straight Man in a Gay World", a 2005 episode of his documentary TV series 30 Days in the Castro, the U.S. military offloaded thousands of gay servicemen in San Francisco during World War II after they were discharged for being homosexuals. Many settled in the Castro, and this began the influx of homosexuals to the Castro neighborhood. The Castro came of age as a gay center following the controversial Summer of Love in the neighboring Haight Ashbury district in 1967. The gathering brought tens of thousands of middle-class youth from all over the United States. The neighborhood, previously known as Eureka Valley, became known as the Castro, after the landmark theatre took the name. By 1975, Harvey Milk had opened a camera store there, and began political involvement as a gay activist, further contributing to the notion of the Castro as a gay destination. The thriving gay culture in the 70’s was coined as "Castro Clone," a mode of dress and appearance -- tight denim pants, black combat boots, tight T-shirt, and usually coupled with a mustache or full beard. The nickname "Clone Canyon" was also given for the stretch of Castro Street between 18th and Market Streets. There were numerous famous watering holes in the area, contributing to the gay nightlife, including the Corner Grocery Bar, the Norse Cove, the Pendulum, the Midnight Sun, Twin Peaks, and the Elephant Walk I’m Neil Garcia for Castropedia**** and I’ll see you in the Castro!

I took this video clip on the drilling rig when the weather in the Gulf of Thailand was not good. There were high wind and wave but we were lucky to tie the boat with the rig in order to offload some equipment and bulk. However, the sea condition was still very rough so the boat was being wobbling. Look at the video and listen to the sound too and you will be amazed how they worked at that time.

Over half of all car buyers are taking risks trying to save money during the credit crunch – and they could pay the price. Research commissioned by motors****** has revealed that over half of all car owners (55 per cent) said they’ve reduced their budget due to the recession, with one in four (28 per cent) willing to buy from an unknown private seller and one in ten (10 per cent) prepared to opt for a car without service history - if the price is right. Two per cent said they would even pay for a vehicle over the phone without having seen it to save cash. More worryingly the survey also revealed that 60 per cent of drivers don’t know how to check a car is safe and legal with 50 per cent at a loss when it comes to log books, 48 per cent in a muddle over mileage checks and 61 per cent in a spin over the VIN. All of this makes it far easier for rogue sellers to offload stolen cars onto an unwitting buyer. Approximately 19,000 stolen cars with a collective value of around £90m are illegally offered for sale each year and that’s set to get worse as the recession bites harder. In response to this motors****** have launched the ‘Real or Rogue’ safe buying guide to steer drivers through the crunch and away from dodgy deals Available from motors****** and with crime prevention advice from the Metropolitan Police’s Vehicle Crime Unit, the guide tells buyers everything they need know to sort the duds from the diamonds, including how to check the history of a car, the questions to ask when buying, things to look out for on the vehicle itself and safe payment methods. Quentin Willson, one of the UK’s leading consumer motoring authorities said: “Consumers need a simple clear guide to protect themselves from growing levels of car fraud. Because of the current state of the economy used car prices have hit record lows and there are some fantastic bargains to be had from legitimate sellers. But the current financial climate means buyers are cutting corners and too many aren’t bothering to do the essential checks. If a deal looks too good to be true it usually is and taking silly risks could cost you thousands.” In this video Quentin has some more good advice for anyone who want to make sure their latest buy will be real and not a rogue. For a copy of the free buyer’s guide go to www.motors******.
