When Yamaha marketed the 2008 Star Raider as a 'chopper-inspired,' 'performance-based custom,' I was curious to see how they would When Yamaha marketed the 2008 Star Raider as a 'chopper-inspired,' 'performance-based custom,' I was curious to see how they would pull off this oxymoron. When motorcyclists think of 'choppers', 'performance' is not the first thing that comes to mind. A bike with a tricked-out rake, raised handlebars and a hunkin' front wheel do. Star borrowed cues from this gene pool of classic styling for the 2008 Raider, but that is where the resemblance to a chopper ends. The Raider is no 'Captain America.' This thing would blow the socks off Peter Fonda's iconic scoot. Read the full test at www.motorcycle-usa****

I believe they will be courageous and brave as they always have ... our country fights for Peace...I know that sounds like an oxymoron...kind of like a Holy War...but this is the life we have been given and this is what we do with love and compassion as we lose our family and our own lives in the name of GOD and Country... Believing in Eternal Peace... May GOD Have Mercy on Us All ... ... ... ><>

The Facts Burning coal is a leading source of global warming pollution. "GHG Emissions and Sinks 1990–2006,” US EPA 2008 Burning coal is the dirtiest way we produce electricity. “Carbon Dioxide Emissions from the Generation of Electric Power in the United States,” US DOE 2000.; “GHG Emissions and Sinks 1990-2006,” US EPA 2008 There are no homes in America powered by "clean" coal. IEA Greenhouse Gas R&D Programme CO2 Capture and Storage Database; Carbon Capture and Sequestration Technologies Program at MIT, CO2 Capture and Storage Project Database CO2 emissions from U.S. coal-based electricity are greater than emissions from all the cars and trucks in America. “GHG Emissions and Sinks 1990-2006,” US EPA 2008 The coal industry is spending millions advertising "clean" coal, but not a single "clean" coal power plant exists in the U.S. today. “Big Coal Campaigning to Keep Its Industry on Candidates' Minds,” Wall Street Journal, Oct. 20, 2008; IEA Greenhouse Gas R&D Programme CO2 Capture and Storage Database; Carbon Capture and Sequestration Technologies Program at MIT, CO2 Capture and Storage Project Database "While you might have heard the phrase ‘clean’ coal during the presidential campaign, it's actually an oxymoron." Brian Williams, NBC News, Nov 18, 2008 There are roughly 600 coal plants producing electricity in the U.S. Not one of them captures and stores its global warming pollution. “Electricity Facts,” US DOE 2008; IEA Greenhouse Gas R&D Programme CO2 Capture and Storage Database; Carbon Capture and Sequestration Technologies Program at MIT, CO2 Capture and Storage Project Database "'Clean' coal is like a healthy cigarette." Blan Holman, attorney, Southern Environmental Law Center in Charleson, S.C. There is not a single large-scale demonstration "clean" coal plant in the U.S. today. IEA Greenhouse Gas R&D Programme CO2 Capture and Storage Database; Carbon Capture and Sequestration Technologies Program at MIT, CO2 Capture and Storage Project Database Virtually all the new coal plants that have been proposed will, just like their predecessors, release 100 percent of the CO2 they produce into the atmosphere, where it will linger—and contribute to global warming. "Coal Power in a Warming World: A Sensible Transition to Cleaner Energy Options," Union of Concerned Scientists. Oct. 2008. Although carbon sequestration has been the subject of considerable research and analysis, it has yet to be demonstrated in the form of commercial-scale, fully integrated projects at coal-fired power plants. “Coal Power in a Warming World: A Sensible Transition to Cleaner Energy Options,” Union of Concerned Scientists. Oct. 2008. An investment in wind power produces almost three times as many jobs as the same investment in coal power. And an investment in solar power produces almost four times as many jobs, and energy efficiency, almost thirty times as many jobs as coal power. Based on analysis of the new energy economy released by Earth Policy Institute, Nov. 2008 "We don't have a plant here in the United States today that has commercially installed carbon capture technology." Joe Lucas, Vice President of Communications, American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity (ACCCE). From: “Can Coal Be Clean? A Debate Between Michael Brune of Rainforest Action Network and Joe Lucas of American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity.” Democracy Now! The War and Peace Report, Oct. 2008 "Without the price on greenhouse gas emissions that is delivered by cap-and-trade mechanisms, CO2 capture and storage will remain a daydream." Jeroen van der Veer, CEO of Shell. July 2008 Madrid. Shell, “Delivering Energy for Sustainable Growth. The European Perspective," The 19th World Petroleum Congress Plenary Session, Madrid, June 30, 2008.

*******ForexAutopilotSystem**** - Forex Day Trading - Point and Figure Trading - Is there such a thing as the Holy Grail in forex trading? It depends. Almost any trader you meet will say absolutely not, and then go and continue to look for it. It's really quite oxymoronic. However, I say the Holy Grail does indeed exist. It's not a secret way to trade. It's not a way to profit 100% of the time. It is a forgotten way to make some of the largest trades you've ever made before. Of course, I'm speaking of point and figure trading. This method of charging was developed back in the 1800s by Charles Dow. This is the same guy that got the Dow Jones Industrial Average named after him. This is also the same guy that that started the Wall Street Journal. Way back then, the charts were drawn by hand. If you want to maximize your profitability and your understanding of the market, I'd recommend you do they same in the beginning. When you trade with point and figure trading, there is no short term trading. The trades you take will last weeks and even months. That's a foreign concept to most forex traders, and that should excite you. If it's foreign to most, that means the crowd isn't doing it, and the crowd is always the unprofitable group feeding their money to the few who are in the know. Now, when you are in a trade for months, you get the ability to profit to the tune of thousands of pips. It's not unheard of to take 1000 pips in a successful trade. What's more exciting is that the loser trades happen quickly and for less. You'll only lose several hundred pips, and then you're out of it. You're free to go looking for profitable trades again. Time doesn't factor in when trading this way. It's just price, and that's powerful because time is the biggest liar in forex. There is nothing about a candle or bar chart. The price doesn't happen in those artificial bars. The price happens when it happens. Sometimes it moves quickly in an instant and other times it doesn't move for what seems like forever. This can cause ...

Hey... This is my attempt at fitting "me" into a finite amount of time and space. A feat that I don't believe I accomplised very well at all. I am spontaneous and outgoing and wild and crazy (not all the time, but the majority of the time) but I can't just be like that on demand all by myself in front of my camera without it feeling forced. I hate cheesiness and fakeness (unless you're just a cheesie person) so I refuse to give you what I am not. I just decided to try and show you guys the real me. The basic bare bones me. No makeup, lip gloss (as always), jeans and a simple tee. Please believe that there are many facades to me and that is why I chose the title Complex Simplicity. I am a living, breathing, walking oxymoron (or maybe just a plain old moron), with my different sides constantly battling each other. Some may call this manic-depressive or bi-polar. I just call it being Carly. Just me in my complex simplicity. Please vote me on to the next round to see the different sides surface and the conflict that ensues...

When it comes to creating new, "cool", and exciting ideas from one of the oldest, vintage concepts that exists -- well, the oxymoronic nature of this phenomenon is David Abitbol's middle name. Some years ago, after sensing a growing decline and indifference to their culture and religion, David and his comrades managed to take the 5,770-year-old essence that is Judaism, re-market it and distribute their personal views in a blog, hence making them available to one and all on the Web, only to not knowingly give birth at the time to a new, divine brand of Jew-cool that has come to be known as Jewlicious (or if you read Russian,Jewlicious.ru). Too much to digest in one breath? Or, don't believe us? Have a watch. A production of *******www.leadel****, a project of The European Jewish Congress (*******www.eurojewcong****) and made possible thanks to its President Moshe Kantor. Distributed by Tubemogul.

Chemically-assisted detox, replacement therapy, recovery-pharmocotherapy are current buzzwords in addiction treatment. Five years ago these would have been viewed as oxymoronic. Today, our understanding of the brain has advanced the development of more drugs to treat addiction then almost any other health problem. We as a society believe there is a pill for whatever ails you - including being addicted to pills. Dr Inaba explores this trend, its impacts and the conflicts with more traditional approaches (12-step, peer counseling) in recovery treatment. Distributed by Tubemogul.

This is me. Carlyshia aka Carly. No makeup, just lip gloss, jeans and a simple tee. 90 seconds is no where near enough time for me to let the world know who I am. But I tried to be honest and forward and let you decide on what you see. I'm an oxymoronic kind of person. Opposites constantly clashing and contradicting one another. Some might call this manic-depressive or bi-polar. Maybe. I'm not a doctor, it's not my place to specify. All I know is that I am just me, Complex Simplicity defined.
