Have you ever thought about visiting some of the beautiful Philippines Waterfalls for a weekend getaway or on your next trip to the Philippines? There are several beautiful Philippines waterfalls, natural pools and fun places to explore in the jungles of the Philippines. Recently I visited some of the waterfalls near Manila on Mindoro Island and on Luzon Island. First through, sometimes people ask me... "What is there to do when you get to the waterfalls?" Well there's a lot more to do then just go stare at cascading water falling from the mountain side. Here are some ideas to get get the gears in your mind turning. They are as follows: - Trekking to the Waterfalls - Have a Picnic with Your Friends and Family - Work on Your Photography Skills - Get Your Phone or Video Camera Out and Create a Video - Relax Near the Falls and Take a Nap - Swim in the Natural Pools the Falls Make - Cliff Jumping - Meet Adventure Seeking Waterfalls Visitors - Try Your Hand at Painting the Waterfalls - or Maybe a Romantic Kiss Under the Falls ;-) There's so many things to do, really it's up to your imagination to do the things that you most enjoy. Hopefully though that list will get you started with some ideas. Now, watch the video of the fun we had at these beautiful Philippines Waterfalls. Cheers, Sean

My Vacation In Philippines - Taoist Temple Cebu City ''RODENTOBOB'' Roberto Cardenas Cebu Taoist Temple is a Taoist temple located in Beverly Hills Subdivision of Cebu City, Philippines. The temple is built by Cebu's substantial Chinese community in 1972.[1] With an elevation of 300 metres (980 ft) above sea level, the temple is a towering, multi-tiered, multi-hued attraction accessible by three separate winding routes. Unlike the neighboring Phu Sian Temple,[2] the Taoist temple is open to the worshipers and non-worshipers alike. A ritual among devotees is where one prays to the gods to grant one's wish. The ritual includes washing of hands, going inside the chapel barefoot and dropping two blocks of wood. If the blocks of wood are both face up then one could make a wish. If not then it is not yet the time for one's wish to be granted and one has to come to the temple some other time. The temple is the center of worship for Taoism, the religion which follows the teachings of the ancient Chinese philosopher, Lao Zi. Another ritual among Taoist devotees, which is done during Wednesdays and Sundays,[3] is the climbing of its 81 steps (representing the 81 chapters of Taoism scriptures) to light joss sticks and have their fortune read by the monks. Some guide books and travel agencies offer trips to the temple or as a side-trip in a tour around Cebu City. But it is more popular with grade school students. The entrance to the temple was a replica of the Great Wall of China. The temple includes a chapel, a library, a souvenir shop and a wishing well. The spacious balconies offer a scenic view of the downtown Cebu.

Have you ever been to the Monkey Beach Dive Site in Puerto Galera Philippines? If not, let me show you one of the most beautiful scuba diving site there is. The Monkey Beach. In this video you’ll see the awesome scenery underwater and understand why this is a perfect place to go scuba diving in Puerto Galera. The Monkey Beach dive site in Puerto Galera has a gradual slope to 18 meters in a sandy bottom, you will find a 20 feet long yacht laying on her port side and home for Anthias, Damselfish, Snapper, Batfish, Moorish Idol, Gobies and Basslets. Wrasses, Trigger, Puffer fish, Cods and Lionfish are also common in this area. Scorpion Fish and Nudibranch can also be seen along the hull. When the current is present, there are Sweetlips, common Jacks and Emperor Fish patrolling the area hunting for their prey. In mid-water, there are school of Fusiliers and Long Jawed Mackerel swimming randomly that makes this dive site more alive. Here at Monkey Beach a short drift over densely populated hard and soft coral reef can be done where, Banded Sea snake, Moray Eel, and Green Sea Turtle can also be part of your dive while cruising along. Generally, the current flow can be from east or Westside of this dive site bringing you further without exerting effort while kicking. If this is a site you would like to visit, BADLADZ Scuba Diving goes to this location as one of our dive spots in Puerto Galera. Cheers, Sean

BADLADZ Beach Resort had a wonderful visit from a Trailer Boat Club of the Philippines who came down to Puerto Galera from Bulacan province for a weekend of fun in the sun and relaxing at the beach resort. Bulacan province is north of Manila Metro so it was no short journey. The group decided to come stay in Small Tabinay Beach with BADLADZ Beach Resort where they have an open bay to play in with their 4 speed boats and 8 jet skis. When not out playing in the bay they can ensure their equipment is safe and sound anchored down right off the shore in front of BADLADZ Beach Resort. The 31 person group enjoyed a 3 day / 2 night stay at BADLADZ where they could soak up the beautiful weather relaxing on the beach front lawn, enjoy the great food from the restaurant and play a little in the pool or the bay when they were ready for some adventure. We always look forward to hosting groups events in Puerto Galera. Some of the different types of groups we’ve hosted are corporate retreats, associations and clubs at our BADLADZ resorts. We find most groups will come out and stay with us 3-7 days and have us organize activities, food and their meeting spaces for them. If you would like to host a group for a few days or a week of fun in Puerto Galera, BADLADZ Resorts offer group packages in Puerto Galera that can support your needs. Please contact us to check for availability and how we can support you. We look forward to meeting you and your group and making it a memorable time for everyone! Cheers, Sean

There is a good cost arbitrage that can be picked up by a business by outsourcing to Philippines or India or by near shoring to Caribbean countries or Mexico.

It is no secret that the Americans are back in the Philippines and they brought a whole bunch of really cool toys. This is a Los Angeles Class Fast Attack Nuclear Submarine that was docked in Subic Bay. Of course it was heavily guarded and the local cops took a bit of offense to my photo and video taking. They came over to talk to me and explain the rules about taking pictures. I managed to get on the pier and get up close to the submarine. It's about 110 meters of nuclear fast attack submarine badassery. You can even see where they keep the tomahawk cruise missiles at. This is Los Angeles Class Fast Attack Nuclear Submarine is about 20 years old, one of the last every built. We take a tour down to the boom room...also known as the torpedo room and I show you where they launch the torpedos from. What a great bunch, I really appreciated them taking the time to give me a tour. I hope you like it too. Cheers, Sean

I was doing some exploring when I came across this mystery. It's no surprise to see these types of abandoned properties in the Philippines. You will see them in many different places for various reasons. I found this one a bit unique...I mean what happened here? I had to have a look, so I got inside the gate and I took a look inside the bar. It really looks like somebody, a group of people were having a party...and then they just flat out vanished in the middle of the party! There are drinks and glasses on the table, flowers in the holders...what happened? This place has been abandoned, flat out abandoned for years. You can also tell somebody put a lot of love into building this, the place would have been beautiful. You will see the swimming people and the pool bar with 8 or 10 years of growth over the pool area. You will see in the courtyard, it's just full of growth. If you look closely into the fine dining room, you will see beautiful furniture and the table still set with plates. What's going on....why is there nobody home? Cheers, Sean

There are literally thousands of places like this to go treasure hunting in the Philippines waterfalls. Most wouldn't think of it as they're more accustomed to thinking treasure hunting only applies to diving wrecks in the ocean. Another cool place is in the pools at the bottom of cascading waterfalls. In this video I'm going treasure hunting in these waterfalls. While I was in the pool I seen a big hole that I wanted to go into but I didn't have a light. Will have to save that for next time. I'm sure you'll be wondering what I'm looking for here. Well, when I find it...you will know. These are a beautiful set of waterfalls here in Zambales. There are several instances of them with their own pools cascading down from the top of the mountains here. We only went to 1, but there was so much more that could have been explored. You will see another line of waterfalls with this aerial view with my drone that can be seen going all the way up the hills to the top. It was a bit of a hike getting into this one, but it's one of the most popular ones to go to in this area. Next time I won't bring as much gear and climb all the way up to the top for some really good views down the hillside and of the ocean down at the bottom. Go check it out! If you stay with our friends out at Mope Beach Resort, they'll show you where it's at as well as a bunch of other things to do in Zambales. :-) Cheers, Sean
