Cute colourful 'Play Doh' rabbits appear and run around the street of Manhattan, much to the amusement and bemusement of the locals, the colourful rabbits turn into a giant wave before breaking up and forming one giant bunny. The advert ends with hundreds of colourful cubes being shown from above and making colourful patterns. The advert used two and a half tonnes of plasticine which was moulded by 40 animators to create 100,000 still images that generate the 90-second commercial featuring 200 rabbits, including a 30ft giant bunny.

It's been 50 years since the original Fun Factory toy launched and to celebrate this milestone, the new Mega Fun Factory is taking classic extruding play to a whole new level. A motorized conveyor belt provides nonstop action as kids crank out favorite toys and "treats" in this lively Fun Factory world. To start, simply push down the purple handle to extrude the Play-Doh compound. As the conveyor belt moves the Play-Doh along, kids select and stamp out a "candy" or toy mold and then push down the "chopper" at the end of the belt to cut their creation loose. Kids can then display and "sell" their creations on a colorful playmat featuring a toy shop theme on one side and a candy store theme on the other. This is a fun way to get kids engaged in creative roleplay. The set includes six two-ounce cans of Play-Doh compound. It requires two AA batteries, which are not included. *******www.timetoplaymag****/toys/2044/playskool/play-doh-mega-fun-factory/

Fifty years after the original Fun Factory, the classic Play-Doh set gets an update for today's kids as the Spin 'N Store Fun Factory. This updated version features a thick handle so little hands can easily press down on the extruder to create one of eight silly shapes. The Play-Doh is extruded, starting the creative fun. Turn the dial to select a favorite shape. The set includes two 2-ounce cans of Play-Doh and a plastic cutting tool. Everything can be stored in the Fun Factory base. The new ergonomic design has made this classic playset easier than ever for little kids to use. *******www.timetoplaymag****/toys/1811/hasbro/play-doh-spin-n-store-fun-factory/

Bring Elmo to the activity table with the Play-Doh Shape & Spin Elmo. This educational electronic playset brings Elmo to life as the real Elmo's voice helps kids understand counting and shape recognition. In the Count Shapes mode, preschoolers spin a dial to select one of six shapes. Elmo announces the name of the shape and counts out the number of shapes the child has made. In the Find a Shape mode, Elmo asks kids to select and mold a specific shape or a shape with a certain number of sides. When kids make correct matches, Elmo will giggle or offer a positive phrase. Kids will be engaged with one of their favorite Sesame Street characters in this fun and creative way. The combination of Play-Doh play and problem solving helps aid and reinforce learning activities by making them clearer to kids. The playset includes three 3-ounce cans of colorful Play-Doh compound and two AAA batteries. *******www.timetoplaymag****/toys/2229/hasbro/play-doh-shape--spin-elmo/
