I've been a runner for a long time, but it wasn't until I learned how to get into the right posture that I was a healthy, injury-free runner.
I learned from the principles of ChiRunning that was founded by Danny Dreyer and borrowed from Tai Chi.
My friend Steve Mackel from www.SoCalRunning**** is an expert in running and walking posture and is trained in ChiRunning. He coaches over 300 runners every Saturday in Southern CA! (BTW: If you're in the area be sure to visit his site and check out his group which has runners and walkers of ALL shapes, speed and ages.)
So naturally, when I met him, I wanted him on the show to instruct some of the perfect posture tricks he's learned.

They can be used as art treasures or tourist souvenirs characteristic of Shaanxi for presenting to friends and relatives, and can also serve as symbols of luck for keeping away evils, protecting the home and adding happiness to the family.
The God Zhongkui
According to legend, Zhongkui is a god for driving away ghosts and evil, and keeping peace and health. Rich imagination and romantic techniques have portrayed him as such an image: His head is big, his legs are short; he is straightening his back and bending his waist, showing the posture for killing a demon. The sculpture shows Zhongkuis wit and bravery; he wears the cap of an officer, carries a double-edged sword, showing his supernatural power and majesty to frighten demons.
