Balanced Health Today Call Now 1(888)277-4980 At the start, prostate cancer does not cause symptoms. As the cancer grows, you may have trouble urinating. Some men need to urinate often, especially at night. Others have pain or burning during urination, blood in the urine or semen, pain in the back, hips, or pelvis, and painful ejaculation. To find out if these symptoms are caused by prostate cancer, your doctor will ask about your past medical problems and your family's medical history. He or she will perform a physical exam. During the exam, your doctor will put a gloved finger into your rectum to feel your prostate for hard or lumpy areas. Your doctor may also do a blood test to check the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level. PSA levels can be high in men with an enlarged prostate gland or with prostate cancer. You may also need an ultrasound exam that takes computer pictures of the prostate. If tests show that you might have cancer, your doctor will want to confirm this with a biopsy. He or she will take out tiny pieces of the prostate to look for cancer cells. Your doctor may want to do a biopsy again to re-check the results. If an abnormality is detected on a DRE or PSA test, your doctor may recommend tests to determine whether you have prostate cancer, such as: Ultrasound. If other tests raise concerns, your doctor may use transrectal ultrasound to further evaluate your prostate. A small probe, about the size and shape of a cigar, is inserted into your rectum. The probe uses sound waves to make a picture of your prostate gland. Collecting a sample of prostate tissue. If initial test results suggest prostate cancer, your doctor may recommend a procedure to collect a sample of cells from your prostate prostate biopsy. Prostate biopsy is often done using a thin needle that's inserted into the prostate to collect tissue. The tissue sample is analyzed in a lab to determine whether cancer cells are present.

Dock Levelers are also known as dock boards or dock plates. 4. The different types of dock levelers are hydraulic dock levelers, air-powered dock levelers, and mechanical loading dock levelers. 6. Hydraulic dock leveler  Suitable for heavy traffic like forklifts and other heavy machinery.  Fully automatic designed with a push button operating system.  The possibility of breakdowns is minimal and therefore is a maintenance free option. 7. Mechanical loading dock levelers Springs are used to lift the leveler Does not require power to function and hence is a more economical option. Balanced Health Today Call Now 1(888)277-4980 If you already have gastroenteritis, take safety precautions to avoid spreading the bacteria to others. Wash your hands after using the toilet and before handling food. Don’t prepare food for other people until your symptoms improve. Avoid close contact with others during your illness. After your symptoms stop, try to wait at least 48 hours before returning to work. You can also help prevent bacterial gastroenteritis infections by avoiding unpasteurized milk, raw meat, or raw shellfish. Use separate cutting boards and utensils for raw and cooked meats when preparing meals. Wash salads and vegetables thoroughly. Make sure to store food at either very hot or very cold temperatures if you’re storing them for more than a couple of hours. Other preventative measures include: keeping your kitchen consistently clean washing your hands after using the toilet, before handling different foods, after touching animals, and before eating drinking bottled water while traveling abroad and getting recommended vaccines Risk factors of bacterial gastroenteritis If you have a weak immune system because of an existing condition or treatment, you may have a higher risk of bacterial gastroenteritis. The risk also increases if you take drugs that decrease stomach acidity. Handling food incorrectly can also raise your risk of bacterial gastroenteritis. Food that’s undercooked, stored too long at room temperature, or not reheated well can aid in the spread and survival of bacteria. Bacteria can produce harmful substances known as toxins. These toxins can remain even after reheating food.

Balanced Health Today Call Now 1(888)277-4980 Molluscum Contagiosum Molluscum contagiosum is a viral skin infection that causes either single or multiple raised, pearl-like bumps (papules) on the skin. It is a chronic infection, so lesions may persist from a few months to a few years. However, most cases resolve in six to nine months. Shingles Shingles results from a reactivation of the varicella-zoster virus that also causes chickenpox. With shingles, usually the first thing you may notice is a tingling sensation or burning pain on one side of your body or face. Within days, tiny clusters of red bumps quickly evolve into a group of painful blisters which can pop and get crusty with pus. Unless you are immunocompromised, the rash almost never crosses the midline of your body (it’s unilateral) because it is localized to one nerve root. The area can be very painful, itchy, and tender. After one to two weeks, the blisters heal and form scabs. Up to 15% of people with herpes zoster develop deep pain called postherpetic neuralgia that follows after the infection has run its course. It can continue for months or even years, especially in older people. The incidence of shingles and of postherpetic neuralgia rises with increasing age. In fact, more than 50% of cases occur in people over age 60. Shingles usually occurs only once, although it has been known to recur, usually in people with weakened immune systems. Chickenpox Chickenpox (varicella), a viral illness characterized by a very itchy red rash, used to be one of the most common infectious diseases of childhood. But as a result of the wide use of vaccinations since the 1990s, it has become so uncommon that many doctors in practice now have never seen it. Chickenpox is usually mild in children, but adults run the risk of serious complications, including bacterial pneumonia. People who have had chickenpox almost always develop lifetime immunity (meaning you can't get it again). However, the virus remains
