Rayman Legends review. *******www.ClassicGameRoom**** Shop CGR shirts & mugs! *******www.CGRstore**** Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Rayman Legends for the Nintendo Wii U developed and published by Ubisoft. Rayman Legends is a sequel to 2011's critically acclaimed Rayman Origins. Players once again take control of Ubisoft's limbless platforming wonder—as well as 29 of his pals—in one of 2013's very best platformers. Rayman is joined by Globox, Barbara, Elysia, Aurora and a host of other spunky princesses and weird creatures. The main game includes six worlds packed with creative levels, but Rayman Legends has even more content. There's cooperative multiplayer for up to five players on the Wii U, with one players controller the GamePad. In fact, the game feels designed specifically for Nintendo's controller. Some levels require use of the touch screen, other make you rotate the GamePad and when it's not used for gameplay, it serves as a convenient hub that allows quick access to the game's wealth of content. Rayman Legends may not be a Wii U exclusive, but it's certainly a Wii U game at heart. This video review features video gameplay footage of Rayman Legends for the Nintendo Wii U and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
Rayman 10th Anniversary review. *******www.ClassicGameRoom**** Shop CGR shirts & mugs! *******www.CGRstore**** Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Rayman 10th Anniversary for the Game Boy Advance developed and published by Ubisoft. Rayman celebrated his 10th birthday like any of us would—by releasing our old stuff on the Game Boy Advance. Although it's not the best celebration, Rayman 10th Anniversary includes two of the GBA's very best platformers. This two-game cartridge includes 2001's Rayman Advance and 2003's Rayman 3, two games that were truly showpieces for Nintendo's handheld. They look and play as great as ever in Rayman 10th Anniversary. This collection varies from platform to platform, with other consoles getting more than two games in the collection. On the Game Boy Advance, players get the benefit of having Rayman on the go. Rayman Advance even includes battery saves, which is fortunate given the game's notorious difficulty. Join Rayman on his quest to free the Protoons in Rayman Advance, and save your friend Globox in Rayman 3. Either game can be played at any time, and Rayman 3 includes multiplayer with the Game Boy Advance's link cable. Rayman 10th Anniversary is a gorgeous two-game compilation with single and multiplayer components. This video review features video gameplay footage of Rayman 10th Anniversary for the Game Boy Advance and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
