Sponsor: NHLiberty.org - For over twenty years, "Patriot Pastor" Garrett Lear has strode the halls of New Hampshire's legislature...serving as a voice for his Revolutionary War ancestors. Today he talks with us about Real ID, the liberty deficit among Christians and his colorful outfit. Pastor Lear's church is in Wakefield, New Hampshire. I don't know if Real ID is itself The Mark of the Beast, but it seems to be a big step in that direction. http://www.captainsofindustry.com – The Massachusetts Medical Society, a venerable institution dating back to the Revolutionary War, came to Captains of Industry when they needed to celebrate their 225th anniversary and reenergize their membership. The challenge was to convey the full breadth and depth of their history in a way that was exciting, engaging, and concise. Captains created a 15-minute video that told the Medical Society's story in a highly compelling way, combining historical reenactments, interviews with leaders of the Society, and montages of archival documents.

New Boston, New Hampshire is a town of beautiful hills and valleys, nestled in and around the branches of the Piscataquog River. New Boston is the quintessential "quaint country town". Strong community spirit is what makes New Boston a great place in which to live. The town seal is a cannon from the Revolutionary War, named "The Molly Stark". The downtown area of New Boston is filled with quaint stores, a library, town hall, a hardware store, bank as well as other local businesses. The common comes alive on Saturdays during the summer with a Farmer's Market featuring a seasonal selection of locally produced vegetables, fruit, eggs, plants and baked goods as well as entertainment. Historical Manuscripts and Autographs auction featuring a wide selection of documents, letters, and signed photographs. This particular auction focuses on Revolutionary War era content letters, and contains the papers of William Vernon, a wealthy Rhode Island merchant with strong ties to our Nation’s founding fathers. Our Presidential category includes such rarities as a William Henry Harrison document signed as president, one of only a handful known to exist. Other highlights include a letter by Albert Einstein that reveals that he threw away the original manuscript for the Theory of Relativity and that it was not burned by the Nazis. This is one of four letters by Einstein, three of which are addressed to Dr. Hugo Iltis, an outspoken Nazi opponent during the 1930s.

Dayna Hanson's "Gloria's Cause" filmed as part of OntheBoards.tv, a contemporary performance on-demand site. Iconic and not-so-iconic moments from the Revolutionary War come together in a dance-driven, documentary-infused rock musical by Dayna Hanson. Created with Dave Proscia and Peggy Piacenza, this new work takes a layered, colorful and gritty look at the roots of America's inequities. Doubling as a live band, the show's multi-talented cast also includes Maggie Brown, Jim Kent, Wade Madsen, Paul Matthew Moore, Pol Rosenthal and Jessie Smith. Hanson was one of the original founders of 33 Fainting Spells, a company that gained notoriety nationwide from 1994-2006 for their highly conceptual blend of dance and theater. In her post-33 Fainting Spells career, Hanson has received a Guggenheim Fellowship (2006), created an evening-length performance (2006's We Never Like Talking About The End) and directed several short films. http://uselectionnews.org A recent bit of confusion over where exactly the Revolutionary War started has caused a flurry of jokes over Minnesota Representative Michele Bachmann and her aspirations involving a possible Presidential bid in 2012. Bachmann confused the start of the Revolutionary War, the location of the “shot heard around the world” , as being located in New Hampshire during a speech in the Granite State, when in fact it was located several miles to the south in Concord. She immediately apologized for the mistake via a post on Facebook, but some hours later, as news of the gaffe began to spread, Bachmann went on the offensive, noting that the President has made mistakes in his speeches before, and even referring to the White House teleprompter in her criticism of the media and their frenzy over the comment. Bachmann was the butt of jokes at a later New Hampshire event that featured former House Speaker and likely 2012 Presidential candidate Newt Gingrich, who also poked fun at himself for the sloppy beginning to his exploratory status in the Presidential election season.

The picturesque town of Calvi is fifth largest on the northwest coast of French Mediterranean island of Corsica . This prominent port town has seen Roman, Genoese and British occupation, and as such is an amalgam of striking art and architecture. Calvi has long been a popular destination, thanks to its long stretches of beach, pine forests, mountains and views of the Mediterranean. The prodigious and expansive citadel looms over the town and affords a fantastic view of the surrounding area. George Washington's Smallest Army is a fanciful, feel good tale of three critters who live around Miller's Pond in Pennsylvania, and how they help George Washington at a critical time in the Revolutionary War. Before they help him, a wise owl teaches a young frog to speak other critter languages, and they later recruit a third critter--a white mouse-- to help them civilize the critters around the pond. They save the life of a large wolf, and later meet George Washington who has just been chased out of New Jersey by the Redcoats. At this point they create a clever plan that helps George build confidence to later cross the Delaware River and defeat the Redcoats at Trenton and Princeton. The story is consistent with historic accounts of the Revolutionary War, and one must wonder, did it really happen this way? It's possible, maybe.
