From the company that brought you Little Big Planet, SCEA brings the customizable fun to the race track.
Players are solely limited by their creativity as they create everything from their own character to their own race track masterpiece.
Chuck Lacson, Associate Product Marketing Manager of SCEA, details the process that players can take to create, share, and race to
their heart's content. In ModNation, character creation is where most players will start. A plethora of funky hats, racing goggles,
and overalls are at your disposal as you transform your blank slate into your own virtual racer.
What really sets ModNation apart from other kart racers though, is the fact that players can also build their very
own racing tracks from scratch. The PS3 will even fill in the created track with complementing scenery and power-ups if the user chooses not to.
Everything that you love about kart racing is here. Real-time physics, drifting, and even tracking missiles all play their role in bringing your
created tracks to life.
Released May 25th, 2010 for the PS3, ModNation Racers provides plenty of opportunities to play, create, and share.

Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow video game review of Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped for the Playstation 1. Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped was released on October 31, 1998 and published by SCEA. This game is Naughty Dog's 3rd installment to the Crash series that brings a lot more to the table. Crash seeks to destroy Dr. Neo Cortex and the evil Uka Uka. Players will experience different worlds leading to exciting boss fights after completion. This CGRundertow video game review features Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped video gameplay footage and analysis from CGRundertow's Amanda.
Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow video game review of Cool Boarders 2 for the PlayStation 1. Cool Boarders 2 was released on October 31, 1997 and published by SCEA. Though this game which was made by UEP Systems lacks the physics the games ahead of it had locked down, Cool Boarders 2 was definitely a great play as a classic PlayStation game and great if you were a fan of snowboarding. This CGRundertow video game review features Cool Boarders 2 video gameplay footage and analysis from CGRundertow's Amanda.
Frobisher Says! review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Frobisher Says! from Honeyslug Ltd and SCEA for Playstation Vita. Every new system needs its collection of bizarre minigames and now the Vita has it with Frobisher Says! There are over fifty different minigames, all focused on the crazy, insane, and just down right weird. You can race against the clock in a sudden death mode, or try to go for a high score in a set time. The minigames are creative and fun but there are not enough game modes, with only the two. The social media features are nice and the price tag is low, so it is worth picking up. This video review features video gameplay footage of Frobisher Says! for Playstation Vita and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Ryan.
Buzz! Quiz Player review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Buzz! Quiz Player from SCEA and Sony Computer Entertainment for Playstation 3. Doesn't everyone dream about being on a game show? When you are playing in the comfort of your own house, the questions are either so unbelievably easy or so difficult no one should be expected to know them. Well, now you can show off your trivia knowledge without the hassle of a live studio audience with Buzz! There are different game styles to play but they all involve you answering questions to earn a high score. The game is okay by yourself but is really fun when played with friends. The questions will start to repeat, but you can buy additional question packs from the PS Store. It would be nice for the game to not just feel like a way to sell question packs through micro-transactions, but for a free multiplayer game, you can't do much better. This video review features video gameplay footage of Buzz! Quiz Player for Playstation 3 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Ryan.
Malicious review. *******www.ClassicGameRoom**** Shop CGR shirts & mugs! *******www.CGRstore**** Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Malicious for PlayStation 3, developed by Alvion and published by SCEA. Malicious is an action game along the lines of the Souls games, in which bosses are an intense focus. Despite its price tag and corresponding length, Malicious does enough to set itself apart as a fun yet difficult game. This video review features gameplay footage of Malicious for PlayStation 3 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Tristan.
Jeanne d'Arc review. *******www.ClassicGameRoom**** Shop CGR shirts & mugs! *******www.CGRstore**** Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Jeanne d'Arc for PSP developed by Level-5 and published by SCEA. Jeanne d'Arc is the game that dares to wonder: What would happen if a Japanese studio adapted a French folk legend into a tactical RPG? Well, you'd probably end up with the tale of Joan of Arc, loaded with anime cutscenes, and the occasional magical-girl transformation sequence... that results in a freakin' boss suit of armor, a bigass sword, and some awesome superpowers. FOR FRANCE. This video review features video gameplay footage of Jeanne d'Arc for PSP and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.
With PISP and PS3 sales slipping perhaps this is a foreshadowing of things to come...?
