Like My FB! http://www.facebook.com/thecoop3rdrumm3r Follow Me! http://www.twitter.com/coop3rdrumm3r Watch The Drum Audio Only Video: http://youtu.be/_rAGzzk8gp8 This is by far my favorite cover of any that I have ever done. I'm really happy with how the parts came out, and was ecstatic that I was able to pull this whole cover off blindfolded in one full take! I really wanted to do something crazy with this cover as everyone has been asking for it for a long time. There are so many good covers of this song, I knew I had to do something crazy, and thats why I brought out the blindfold! Playing drums is a lot of muscle memory so when it comes to playing normal beats being blindfolded isn't much of a problem, but I specifically wrote a lot of the parts so that they challenged me to work harder to be able to overcome the blinfold and still pull the cover off! I also wanted to play parts much differently than the other cover versions I've seen. Every drummer has their own style which makes trying to compare/compete different drummers is really pointless. Luke Holland, Dylan Wood, Dylan Taylor, Kenneth Benson, Ben Anderson etc... they all have great covers of this song, and they all have TOTALLY different playing styles from myself and each other which makes it impossible to compare them. Whichever style you like best is your own opinion :) Just enjoy everyone's talent and willingness to share it with you! I have never put as much work and time into a drum cover as I did in this one, so I really hope that you enjoy it and can appreciate the work I put in. Usually I just learn and cover a song in 30 minutes to 1 hour, but this time I put in a couple hours of work creating parts and recording until I got the whole video in 1 take. I give away all of my videos and music for free, but if you'd like to help me make better and cooler videos you can Donate with the link below :) Donate Here :) http://bit.ly/trhZCj Drum Cover of Skrillex Remix of Benny Benassi Cinema COOP3RDRUMM3R Proudly Plays: Pearl Drums: http://www.pearldrum.com Pearl Icon 3 Sided Rack and all Pearl Hardware Pearl Demon Drive Eliminator 3001 Double Pedals Pearl ELX Series Ruby Fade 7 Piece - 10 x 8" 12x10" 13x11" Rack Toms, 16x16" 18x16" Floor Toms, 22x18" Bass, 14x4.5" Snare Pearl 13x3" Piccolo Snare Pearl 13x4.5" Steel Shell Snare Pearl 10x4" M-80 Firecracker Snare Zildjian Cymbals: http://www.zildjian.com 16" & 18" A Custom Crashes (A Custom Projection Crashes in some Vids) 8" & 10" A Custom Splashes 20" A Custom Ride (20" K Custom Ride in some Vids) 14" A Custom Hi-Hats (14" K Custom Session Hi-Hats in some vids) 12" Oriental Trash China 16" Oriental Trash China 8" & 10" ZXT Trashformer Splashes (Only in Some Videos, They Are The Bent Colorful Cymbals) Vic Firth Sticks: http://www.vicfirth.com Vid Firth Buddy Rich Signatures Vic Firth 5A/5B (White) Remo Drumheads: http://www.remo.com Toms - Clear Remo Pinstripe Snare - Controlled Sound or Emperor X (Coated) COOP3RDRUMM3R Proudly Records Using: Presonus Audio: http://www.presonus.com Firestudio Tube - (16 Channel Firewire Recording Interface w/ Tube Preamps) Shure Microphones: http://www.shure.com Rack Toms - PG56 x3 Snare Drum - SM57 Overheads - PG81 x2 16" Floor Tom - SM57 18" Floor Tom - PG52 Bass Drum - PG52* *Some videos an AKG D112 is used on the kick as I only have 1 Shure PG52. Watch the updated version now. http://youtu.be/G9-XZQqs63w Generation I: Pokémon Red & Green (Japan) (Game Boy) Pokémon Red & Blue (International) (Game Boy) Pokémon Yellow (Game Boy Color) Game Music Composed by Junichi Masuda, who utilized the four sound channels of the Game Boy to create both the melodies and the sound effects and Pokémon "cries" heard upon encountering them. He noted the game's opening theme, titled "Monster", was produced with the image of battle scenes in mind, using white noise to sound like marching music and imitate a snare drum. Generation II (Game Boy Color): Pokémon Gold & Silver Pokémon Crystal Game Music Composed by Junichi Masuda & Go Ichinose Generation III (Game Boy Advance): Pokémon Ruby Pokémon Sapphire Pokémon Emerald Game Music Composed by Junichi Masuda who wrote only battle tunes, Go Ichinose wrote most of the town, route, fanfare & 'Spotted' tunes, whereas Morichi Aoki did the remainder. Pokémon FireRed (Remake of Generation I) Pokémon LeafGreen (Remake of Generation I) The music used in the titles was derived from the classic game consoles, and arranged by Go Ichinose. Masuda and Ichinose decided not to change the reused music from the basic background sounds used in the originals, and instead updated them by adding additional sounds. Game Music Composed by Junichi Masuda, Go Ichinose and Morikazu Aoki Generation IV (Nintendo DS): Pokémon Diamond Pokémon Pearl Pokémon Platinum Game Music Composed by Hitomi Sato and Junichi Masuda under the supervision of Go Ichinose, with a few other fanfares composed by Morikazu Aoki. Pokémon HeartGold (Remake of Gen II) Pokémon SoulSilver (Remake of Gen II) Unlike how FireRed and LeafGreen's intro was an updated version of the opening from Red and Green, HeartGold and SoulSilver have an entirely new intro, using none of the footage from the intro of Gold and Silver. The intro however, uses some music that was in the original and the title screen displays 3D renders of Ho-Oh and Lugia in movement similar to the original title screens. Game Music Composed by Go Ichinose, Junichi Masuda, Morikazu Aoki, Shota, Kageyama, Hitomi Sato, Satoshi Nohora, Takuto Kitsuta Generation V (Nintendo DS): Pokémon Black Pokémon White Game Music Composed by Junichi Masuda, Go Ichinose who was in charge of directing all Pokémon voices for the game, Shota Kageyama, Hitomi Sato, Morikazu Aoki, Satoshi Nohara and Minako Adachi who produced all sound effects. And YES I did replace the "Pikachu!" sound in the Pokémon Yellow Title Screen, original is really bad :S And I noticed a difference between the music in Pokémon Silver, Gold & Crystal: Silver doesnt have any real ending, its just faded out, crystal have a different and a little bit cut off beginning of the song for the Title Screen :) I used the Gold version of the song, but also included the beginning of the Crystal version a bit later. I recorded everything using VisalBoyAdvance & DeSmuME and edited using Sony Vegas Pro 9.0e & Sony Vegas Pro 10.0d :) PS. If the sound disappears, refresh the page and wait until its buffered complete until skipping openings ;) Video Details: Format: MOV (actually its an .mp4 file...) Dimensions: 1280 x 720 px Video codec: H264 Audio codec: AAC

In order to get it past copyright I had to change the pitch of Adele's track. The pitch is raised by 9% in order to let everyone in the world watch it! I apologize for having to change the pitch, but it was blocked for a ton of people that wanted to see it. I thought this new track was so awesome. The James Bond sound makes for a great cover, and its very different than most of my other covers. I wanted to keep it basically simple until the very end where it builds up into a powerful fury like normal ;) Drum Cover of Skyfall by Adele for James Bond 007 COOP3RDRUMM3R Proudly Plays: Pearl Drums: http://www.pearldrum.com Pearl Icon 3 Sided Rack and all Pearl Hardware Pearl Demon Drive Eliminator 3001 Double Pedals Pearl ELX Series Ruby Fade 7 Piece - 10 x 8" 12x10" 13x11" Rack Toms, 16x16" 18x16" Floor Toms, 22x18" Bass, 14x4.5" Snare Pearl 13x3" Piccolo Snare Pearl 13x4.5" Steel Shell Snare Pearl 10x4" M-80 Firecracker Snare Zildjian Cymbals: http://www.zildjian.com 16" & 18" A Custom Crashes (A Custom Projection Crashes in some Vids) 8" & 10" A Custom Splashes 20" A Custom Ride (20" K Custom Ride in some Vids) 14" A Custom Hi-Hats (14" K Custom Session Hi-Hats in some vids) 12" Oriental Trash China 16" Oriental Trash China 8" & 10" ZXT Trashformer Splashes (Only in Some Videos, They Are The Bent Colorful Cymbals) Vic Firth Sticks: http://www.vicfirth.com Vid Firth Buddy Rich Signatures Vic Firth 5A/5B (White) Remo Drumheads: http://www.remo.com Toms - Clear Remo Pinstripe Snare - Controlled Sound or Emperor X (Coated) COOP3RDRUMM3R Proudly Records Using: Presonus Audio: http://www.presonus.com Firestudio Tube - (16 Channel Firewire Recording Interface w/ Tube Preamps) Shure Microphones: http://www.shure.com Rack Toms - PG56 x3 Snare Drum - SM57 Overheads - PG81 x2 16" Floor Tom - SM57 18" Floor Tom - PG52 Bass Drum - PG52* *Some videos an AKG D112 is used on the kick as I only have 1 Shure PG52.
