A Witch's Tale review. *******www.ClassicGameRoom**** Shop CGR shirts & mugs! *******www.CGRstore**** Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of A Witch's Tale for Nintendo DS developed by Hit Maker and published by NIS America. A Witch's Tale smashes together six multiflavored worlds of RPG combat into an overarching story that borrows heavily from Alice in Wonderland, all with a Hot-Topic-chic pumpkin-centric Halloween aesthetic culminating in a precocious teenage witch's quest for the ultimate magic. But, as ultimate magics are wont to do, it's also the key to binding the Eld Witch who just escaped and is causing havoc. Like ya do. This video review features video gameplay footage of A Witch's Tale for Nintendo DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.

Bird Mania Christmas 3D review. *******www.ClassicGameRoom**** Shop CGR shirts & mugs! *******www.CGRstore**** Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Bird Mania Christmas 3D on the eShop for the Nintendo 3DS developed and published by Teyon. Poor little Mojo can’t catch a break. This time, his flock has flown to Africa without him, and if he wants to enjoy the holidays with them, he’s going to have to fly there alone. Bird Mania Christmas 3D takes 3DS owners back to the original Bird Mania experience, giving players an on-rails flying game similar to those found on platforms like iOS and Android. Mojo flies forward automatically in this side-scroller, and you control him by sliding the stylus. Collect coins and boost through enemies to raise your score, and be sure to avoid trees! Bird Mania Christmas 3D is similar to the first Bird Mania game on the eShop, only with a Christmas theme. Fly through snowy backgrounds filled with gingerbread men, candy canes and Christmas cheer! Reunite Mojo and his friends in this single-player game. This video review features video gameplay footage of Bird Mania Christmas 3D on the eShop for the Nintendo 3DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.

Guitar Grip accessory review. *******www.ClassicGameRoom**** Shop CGR shirts & mugs! *******www.CGRstore**** Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of the Guitar Grip accessory for the Nintendo DS from Vicarious Visions and Activision. How do you play Guitar Hero on a handheld? That's the question the team at Vicarious Visions had to answer for their blockbuster series to be released on Nintendo's blockbuster handheld. And they came up with the Guitar Grip, a brilliant piece of accessory design and a brutal test of your arm's tolerance for pain. Released alongside the game Guitar Hero: On Tour in 2007, the Guitar Grip enabled the biggest rhythm game series on the planet to come to the Nintendo DS. By plugging the grip into the Game Boy Advance cartridge slot on the DS, players could strum on the touch screen while pressing the fret buttons built in to the accessory. It was like a handheld guitar crossed with a PDA. The game and accessory were bundled together and included a Nintendo DS stylus shaped like a guitar pick. The accessory would support more Guitar Hero DS games until Nintendo released the DSi, a follow-up to the DS Lite that removed the GBA cartridge slot. This video review features video gameplay footage of the Guitar Grip accessory for the Nintendo DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.

Jewel Master: Cradle of Egypt 2 3D review. *******www.ClassicGameRoom**** Shop CGR shirts & mugs! *******www.CGRstore**** Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Jewel Master: Cradle of Egypt 2 3D for the Nintendo 3DS developed by Cerasus.Media and published by Rising Star Games. Return to the land of pharaohs and sphinxes in this fun 3DS puzzle game! Jewel Master: Cradle of Egypt 2 3D is a traditional match-three puzzler, but it also adds a unique civilization element. Matching certain tiles collects resources, and those resources let you unlock new levels and build settlements. Between puzzles, you can also solve sliding tile puzzles. This game is a 3DS version of the original Jewel Master: Cradle of Egypt 2, which released in 2012 for the Nintendo DS. In this version, the scenes on the top screen benefit from the stereoscopic 3D effect of the Nintendo 3DS. The puzzles, meanwhile, are played on the bottom screen, using the stylus for accurate and intuitive touch controls. Jewel Master: Cradle of Egypt 2 3D features more than 100 match-three puzzles to solve and is a single-player game. This video review features video gameplay footage of Jewel Master: Cradle of Egypt 2 3D for the Nintendo 3DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.

Cake Ninja 2 review. *******www.ClassicGameRoom**** Shop CGR shirts & mugs! *******www.CGRstore**** Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Cake Ninja 2 on DSiWare for the Nintendo DSi developed and published by Cypronia. Cake Ninja 2 is a casual action game, essentially a version of Fruit Ninja in a bakery. Cake Ninja hates cakes because they've made his wife fat—seriously. So he takes out his redemption by slicing them to shreds. Cake Ninja's gameplay is almost identical to the mega-popular mobile game Fruit Ninja. Players use their stylus to swipe cakes that fly across the screen. Across all four gameplay modes, the main objective is to slice them into pieces. Cake Ninja 2 also includes multiplayer, so you can team up for your senseless assault against the bakery. This video review features video gameplay footage of Cake Ninja 2 on DSiWare for the Nintendo DSi and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
