Here is an amazing piece of Disney animation history- the closing to the Disneyland TV episode "This is Your Life, Donald Duck!" As you can obviously see, this was recorded on the Disney Channel in I want to say late '80's or early 90's. The actual episode originally aired on ABC, in 1960. The reason this is so cool is because it shows the whole Disney gang comes out to pay tribute to Donald Duck while his theme song, "Quack, Quack, Quack, Donal Duck" plays.
The Disney Gang includes:
Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Clarabelle Cow, Clara Cluck, Ranger Woodlore and the Park Bears, The Three Little Pigs & the Big Bad Wolf, Ichabod Crane (The Legend of Sleepy Hollow), Johnny Appleseed (Melody Time), Captain Hook (Peter Pan), Lady and the Tramp, Cinderella, Pluto, Bongo (Fun and Fancy Free), Dumbo, the March Hare and Mad Hatter (Alice in Wonderland), Mr. Toad (The Wind in the Willows), Pecos Bill (Melody Time)(note that he has a cigarette in this clip), Peter and the Wolf (Make Mine Music), Snow White, Doc, Grumpy, Sneezy, Happy, Sleepy, Bashful & Dopey (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs), Brer Rabbit, Brer Fox & Brer Bear (Song of the South), Peter Pan, John, Cubby, Slightly & the Twins (Peter Pan) and finally, the Reluctant Dragon. Ending with everyone singing "He's a Jolly Good Fellow," with Huey, Duey and Louie jumping into Donald's arms.
