#BerdhanyaSwamiTierra is an internationally heralded #SpiritualTeacher who guides her students through the complexities of living a life of deeper meaning in a way that is simple and accessible. Berdhanya breaks down the concepts that are difficult to grasp in a way that makes the journey towards spiritual awakening seem effortless and entirely attainable. In this video, she uses a metaphorical approach that helps you visualize your journey.
Berdhanya begins with explaining that your life’s journey is composed of stories you have told to define who you are, comparing it to trying on different dresses to see how they fit and how they feel. That your stories are made up of the dramas, comedies and different personas you have experienced along the way to defining yourself. In order to reach your true, inner being, she invites you on a quest to get beneath the stories and find who is underneath them. She compares your stories to waves in the ocean; ripples that give flavour to your experiences. She then contrasts finding your permanent, real and authentic self to plunging into the deepest waters where you find calm beneath your stories, much like the peace and stillness found in those depths.
Join Berdhanya in finding your immortality and true inner peace on a journey to spiritual awakening unlike any other. Become a part of an international community striving to live a life with meaning and true #SelfEmpowerment. Begin your incredible journey here.
