On April 15, 2007, West Coast Hwa Rang Do* held an inner-school tournament in preparation for the interschool tournament coming up in July. It was a chance for students of all levels, both men and women - white belts (TSD) to black sashes (HRD) and all ages (junior to adult) - to hone their skills. Here is a clip of some of the highlights from the tournament. Note: beginners started on their knees and only worked for positioning without submissions and takedowns.
