In this upper body resistance band workout we work on building strength and toning the entire upper body through interval training. Interval training is a great way to utilize time and stay on track. It also minimizes down time spent standing around. Resistance bands are also great way to get a workout in since you can increase or decrease resistance on the fly. Plus with only a few bands you can perform hundreds of exercises.
