This is a short film on drawing Wolverine from X-men on top of a chopper. There's some cool chillout music in the background made by my friend Piotr Zmijewski. :) I hope you enjoy both the music and my scribbling. Cheers

When an explosive event shatters the lives of the X-Men and takes away their mentor, the beaten heroes walk away from it all. But then they're given a rare glimpse into the future, and see a world in utter ruin, ruled by giant destructive robots called the Sentinels. A world that spiraled out of control because the X-Men had given up. So now the most legendary of all X-Men takes the lead - Wolverine! Reuniting these broken heroes, Wolverine embarks on the ultimate mission - to prevent the world's destruction. To rescue us from ourselves. To save the future. Wolverine and the X-Men, an all-new animated cartoon series from Marvel Comics Studios featuring classic comic book characters like Cyclops, Emma Frost, Beast, Storm, Kitty Pryde, Nightcrawler, Rogue, and Professor X. The game of cat and mouse continues across Iraq as Mystique is holed up in Baghdad disguised as an American Diplomat. Logan takes some pretty extreme measures to get to her as he blows himself up and disguises his charred carcass as a suicide bomber to get into the base. I know wolverine's got the whole healing factor thing but is seams like marvel is just looking for excuses to blow this guy up and draw him all messed up. There is enough depth in the character and the story not to need this but I think that they get a kick out of the damage they can do without any real consequences. It is interesting to see wolverine heal as the fight goes on and become more and more human but after seeing the same thing in the last four wolverine titles I read it gets a little old. The history with Logan and Raven is really interesting and adds a little intensity to the fight now. Not only is Logan after her for what she did to the mutant race in the messiah complex, but he also remembers now how she screwed him over in the past. There's a lot of angst built up here that's waiting to explode. The game is coming to an end and Mystique is ready to make her last stand. The image that ends the book is a great one and definitely gets you excited for the next issue. This is one of those story issues without as much action but lets you know why the action is a big deal and gets you excited for the next issue and the fight to come. Pick this one up or wait for the conclusion next month, these books read well on there own so you don't need to be up on the series to enjoy it.

Quarterback situation in bad shape for Michigan but Coach Rodriguez provides upside for the program. Hello College Football fans this is Dana Ward with Gamblers Televisions college football report. When Rich Rodriguez took over as head coach of Michigan he inherited a team with starting quarterback Chad Henne leaving for the NFL and his backup Ryan Mallet transferring to Arkansas. Leading Michigan in the spring at quarterback is a red shirt freshman, a transfer and a walk on in spring practice. Rodriguez is installing his spread offense at Michigan that he was successful with while at West Virginia. It may take some time for the Wolverines to pick up this new offense and Rodriguez’ trio of quarterbacks have looked bad in the spring. Fortunately Michigan will have true freshman Justin Feagin enter school this fall and may start as a true freshman at quarterback if he can learn the system fast enough during summer practice. Michigan’s quarterback situation is that bad that it’s starter may still be in high school as we broadcast in mid April. Feagin in his senior year in high school ran for 1300 yards and threw for 1400 and is a perfect fit for Rodriguez’ system. It may be too much to ask of a true freshman to start at quarterback under a spread attack against the big physical defenses in the Big 10 conference. For this reason Michigan may struggle in conference. Michigan’s defense will have to carry the team this year and the good news is that the unit reported to camp with weight loss and the players reportedly had better stamina this spring as a result of it. There has been some attrition already as 310lb junior starting offensive linemen Justin Boren quit the team because he couldn’t handle the demands of running to the line of scrimmage once leaving the huddle. Momma’s boys need not apply to Michigan with Rich Rodriguez at the helm. There is reason for optimism for Wolverine fans as they have a Top 10 recruiting class coming in this season but any national title run may have to wait a season or two. Michigan starts the season with a home game August 30th against Utah from the Mountain West. Oh, and Appalachian St is not on the schedule this year. Oddsmakers have posted Michigan as a 6-1 favorite to win the BCS National Championship Game.

shazap**** So I guess this was the conclusion of Logan’s quest to kill mystique. We’ve had some amazing action leading up to this point in the previous books as well as this one. Last issue ended with Mystique looking like an NRA Centerfold waiting for Logan. She had set up a number of traps and surprise surprise wolverine gets shot, blown up, burned, cut and everything else just to get to Mystique. It wouldn’t be a wolverine book if there weren’t a few panels of him mangled and burned. Like all the other issues the fights are good but he ending was pretty disappointing after all that battle he just leaves her to bleed out. It’s all a bit too predictable I mean we’ve seen this before in the comic book world you know that no one is dead unless you watch them die. Even then they’ve got a pretty good chance of coming back. Plus wolverine is a killer killin’ is what he does best and that’s why we read his books. I just feel a little robbed.
