Great to know Jolly Roger documents is still on the net, I believe it should be due to freedom of speech and due to freedom of knowledge. However I dont think your video is very constructive and I dont think Jolly Roger needed anymore advertisement. My belief is if someone really wants to know something destructive let them find it on there own. I'm sure you would have a horrible conscience if you found someone used this material to harm others

Ok yes this is a explosive derived from potassium chlorate. NOT C-4 and please who ever sees this do not try to make it it is HIGHLY illegal to make any sort of explosive. You can and will get arrested if you make any explosive like this or any at all.
