      let me help u do this:1st open up uTorrent(latest version)2nd:go to Options- Prefferences- Advanced,then scrool down all the way to `net.max_halfopen` and set it to 80 instead of 8...3rd:go to the,game right click-properties and change max upload rate and download rate to...lets say 25000 hit ok!and 4th:r.click on game and set the priority to High setting that`s it!at least that shows this video...
