A simple POWERHOUSE routine that will CHALLENGE you. Great for All Levels
Just got in from a similar workout myself. As a Personal Trainer, I recommend this type of training to beat the boredom of weights and machines all the time. You can make the intensity more or less, indrease the time, reduce rest etc.
