  • Great Video

5 stars, nice video Phazonx, you should be to 20,000 in a few months!

  • 25 Ohm Or 100?

In the vid you hv mentioned the pot value is 25 but in the schem it's 100.

    • 25 ohm

25ohm is good for red ones. and 33 ohms is for a blu-ray laser.

  • Very nice

You must work in an office to have such nicely kept fingers
I'm in construction and mine are always riddled with cuts and hang nails
    Keep up the good work!

    • No office

This is just my workshop. I do solder and have managed to avoid burning my self. I want to get a job doing this, but they don't let minors operate soldering irons.

This video is basically made for the complete idiot. I think it was a good idea to not involve to much soldering for people who don't know what they are doing.

  • Cheap laser

If all you want is a laser to play with, buy a red laser pointer w/batteries for a buck and a half from your local hardware store...

    • yeah

but this is a tutorial for how to make a circuit for a burning diode without blowing it, and it can also be a little fun to make

    • so

now every one knows you're not able to build your own.
To bad, you don't know what you're missing.

  • nice job. 5 stars from me

It's a nice and easy circuit to build. I think that if you only put the schematic
that would be enough. Check my chanel too for real Hellas electronics hacking.

    cya !

    • I know

I did that once on youtube. People message me so much asking what goes where and how they can't read the schematic. This way, more people will be able to do it. I've been very busy lately and I can't explain it to every noob. With the video like this, it will appear so simple that people won't ask anymore questions on "how" to do it.
