    i still have the SMLM (pronounced smellum) card we were given when i first got to w.germany,it listed what we were supossed to do if we spotted a soviet car.i allways wanted to spot one near the airbase so i could get in a chase.

      I'm sure there is a Soviet Tour team somewhere that is glad you never got 'in the chase'. I was a 'driver' (Tour NCO) and was involved in more high speed chases with Soviet personnel than I can accurately recount. I was one of the few who never got clobbered (caught). What a wild time...
