While the ship turned side, some lighning could be seen hiting to ground from the ship body, this lighning is result from the air friction with the ship body.
the charge may not hight enough to create a lighning strike, but while the ship body truned side, the distance to ground is short enought, the charge release and result could be seen from this video.

First of all, something giving off that much alleged magnetic interference would surely affect the film/video. Next the alleged 1968 footage is totally bogus as it is clearly video - not film, and has a soundtrack which "movie cameras" of the time did not have (the sound could be recorded on a a seperate audio recording device) - very rare chance that someone with that kind of complete set up would catch something of this magnitute on film.
