A Total Body Workout 1 (TBW 1) designed to be included in any cardio/strength program; in fact, 20 minutes of cardio (pre-cardio) prior to TBW 1, and 20 minutes of cardio (post-cardio) after the TBW 1 will show optimal results with continuous training 3 times a week on non-consecutive days.
