I do all these videos on my own with one camera, a computer, green screen, some cool software and a cramped basement! Just a few years ago, it would have been all but impossible to actually pull this off - especially with this kind of quality. Divine Mercy TV Intro video is the premier video for www.divinemercy.tv, the main site for Divine Mercy Network, Inc., (my company) which is working to evangelize the world with the Gospel message of Jesus Christ.
As of today 1-1-08, www.divinemercy.tv is not up yet but I couldn't wait to post our videos. Bookmark our site, subscribe to us and look for our effort all over the net - always with the same ID: Divine Mercy TV. And please consider helping this effort with your prayers and investment. Call 1-888-MERCY-911. Spread the word about Divine Mercy TV ! God bless you.

  • Nice Work

Great Keying. I'm just getting started with green screen. What material did you use? I got my first screen but it was cheap plastic. Not too good, but a friend recommended foam backed fabric which I'm going to get.

    Keep up the good work.

    • Thank You!

Thanks Allen. I appreciate your kind words. The material I use is a felt like product which you can purchase by the yard at a fabric store like JoAnn Fabric. You can hang it or put it on foam. I agree the plastic is hard to work with. You can also just buy green paint if you have the wall and floor space for something more permanent but the fabric is cool because it’s also portable.

Thanks again and good luck with your keying.

    • Thanks for the reply

      Hi John
Thanks much. I was looking at a foam back material on eBay for just over $100. You may have saved me some money.

By the way, I'm also working with a local Pastor here about putting some "sermons" on some video sharing sites as well as putting them on DVD's.

We did the first one with my regular portable background I use for my Legal Video Work, but I got a place to get some really nice virtual sets including some nice religious ones so I want to get going with the green screen. I'll go to the fabric store tomorrow and look for what you suggested.

Would be nice to contact you off the board here so I don't waste your comment space ha ha.
