    hi, i want to start the 4 week quick start program, but i want to know how many times i have to repeat the workout per week... is it 2 times a week? 3? every day? i would really like to know. hope to get a reply soon.

    I just started the 4 week quick program.
    Today I did 30 reps for each excersise and plan to do it everyday for the week, then do week two the same way and so on. Is this ok to do it like this? I also hike a lot.

    Can't you increase the reps or "tweek" the plan some how to get faster results, or is the best way. I'm not questioning you or anything. Just asking.

      accoding to tests and such, its best not to add more reps than the given. overworking and strain can cause muscle breakdown, therefore, results arent what you want.

  • Total Body Workout

    I bought this DVD by Jake Steinfeld (Body By Jake) and work out with it 3 times a week. It is really good and I am witnessing a transformation. He instructs you to work all groups of muscles in equal rotation so that they don't get fatigued, etc.

      I am going to give your programme my best shot. But two quick things. I used to be a kick boxer and my coach always told me to only do press ups on my knees because it can cause your womb to drop or tear if you do them on your toes? I don't know all that much about training other then what I learnt from him but he had studied for over 2 decades so perhaps you might check if there is any truth to that. The other thing is in the first week I am supposed to do chin ups! There is just no way I would be able to do even one.. Have you got an alternitive for girls?
