Cool, but
what I really want to see is an English (even if subtitled) how-to and demo of the mini-levitron! It's in the projects section of the website (which I wish was available in English also.) The picture in the PDF really makes it look interesting!

Can you disarm the system by sending a text messege from the cell back to the unit or will the alarm go off until you get home?

  This is a simple version (the microcontroller contain a software written in assembler). You can not send text message to the system. I used a very simple method to connect the phone, using the Speed Dial Button :)
