  Photoshop has like a millions features and paint ISNT photoshop, but if you just want to mess around and make some funny pictures just use paint. Dont blow all that money on something thats just used to amuse yourself now and then.

Yeah ok
I just checked photoshop. Lets see now. If you just want to mess around with some photos you can do it my way for free or you can download photoshop......I just checked the price.....cs3 is $649 for the regular version and $999 for the extended version. Pretty expensive tool just to mess around with someones picture.
