    it is amazing video i saw your first video it was marvelous . i wanderd how did you taught your bird this things he was not afraid of water . i had two bird and i released them because of thier loud voice at the morning the was waking me up heheheh

      It's all about making ur bird trust u, and make them feel that u are the only one who feed and care for him and that u aren't dangerous , cause birds in general are afraid of any thing around them unusual or new , they decide that world is dangerous till it prooves the contrary.

      Budgerigars and all parrot families are more intelligent than other normal birds

      My Bird showed me his intelligence since i bought him in a month age so i decided that he is the one to train , sometimes he just pop up to me an intelligent and new act or move or word to me, sometimes i teach him to perform a task i want him to do

      I had a budgie once, I have another, but he died. We taught him to say 'Here kitty kitty kitty' 'Daddys home daddys home' 'Pretty Bird' and 'Feed Peety'. He also did this special whistle when ever my dad was coming home. He would whistle that certain sound(he never used it any other time) and we would know my dad was about a block or so away, at least WE couldn't hear him yet! lol.
