      How much energy did it take to line up the tiny fields in the magnets? About the same amount you will get from a motor like this MINUS the amount of energy to overcome the bearing it is spinning on and any other energy required in the 'storage' and 'retrieval' process.

      Matter and energy are connected. If you accelerate matter to the point of destruction, you get energy. every thing else is energy dispersal, and transferance.

      those magnets are slowly 'breaking'. they have a useful field because the tiny fields are lined up. when you oppose the field, it scrambles some. slowly, the stored energy is reduced. it will stop eventually, and require a magnet change.
