If you look closely the rear tires are locked (you can see this because of the snow on the tyre as reference), meaning the driver has E brake engaged, and front tires still spin because even pressing the brake all the way down the ABS wont allow the wheels to lock, even in snow. Clearly you have either never been in an accident yourself, or you've got super powers, do you know at what speed this happens? Just because you see it in slow motion, doesn't mean it happens slow mo.... so much for reversing, or whatever crazy idea you could come up with in a split second or 2...

The first part of the vid isn't even in slow motion, and you can see the wheels turning in that bit to. You'd have to be a pretty good driver to think about putting it in reverse in that situation, but the first reaction should be to hit the brakes
