Starring superstar leading man Conrad Nagel, Sinful Cargo is the arresting story of an FBI and National Immigration Services hunt to break up a smuggling ring trading in illegal aliens. Nagel comes to Hollywood as an NIS agent helping the FBI, and is quickly mistaken for a New York actor! Cleverly, Nagel plays along in order to be completely unassuming as he investigates into the immigrant racket that’s being run out of a movie studio front. Originally titled Yellow Cargo, in poor taste by today’s standards, Sinful Cargo is a slick and well acted crime drama that’s another tremendous performance by Conrad Nagel.
