    OKAE first things first. IBM were doing badly in terms of marketable product against DELL cuz DELL took up the internet market. In the end IBM decided to sell their items to LENOVO which is A CHINESE COMPANY.

    I mean i know of quite a number of goods that are made from china, but lenovo is like a chinese china company which makes laptop in china. ive been hearing quite a number of downside on that comp like how they save costs on labour. they actually use monkeys to solder and stuff.

    That laptop wa dropped from a faily good height. If this was real, those motors wouldn't have time to deploy before the laptop hits the ground if it was lower...don't just ask around, look for yourself and make intelligent assumptions based on what is given to you, if you use some common sense you will realize that this is not real nor can it be real since the motors would have to deploy, spin up and be powerful enough to keep the laptop from hitting the ground, it just cannot happen that quick

      Not saying whether that commercial was real or not, most probably just portraying how safe your data is in a fall (not the laptop itself).
      Fine, point taken.
      But to say that it is impossible to do all of those things just because you can't imagine them....
      I can imagine the person who first envisioned airbags talking to you:
      "I wonder if it would be possible to have some kind of balloons in front of you to soften the blow in an accident..."
      "That's crazy man. Those balloons won't let you see if they were in front of you all the time. And there is NO WAY that you can sensors can pick up an accident, trigger something, and have the balloons inflate in the time it takes for your face to hit the steering wheel. Impossible. Yeah, and the balloons will probably pop if they do all that."

      I remember once reading a saying to the meaning of: "So many people explaining why something is impossible are interrupted by somebody doing what they just said was impossible."
