    hey! i just starded this program last week, this is my second.... i'm oidng this just the way you say, but some times in the push up set, i can't do the 20 reps... what shoul i do? rest and complete them or...?

    i will do this program firts, then the 8 week program and at last the brad pitt program is that ok? or should i follow another order... please answer meQ!Q

    Hi bro! I'm going to start your program, however, I still don't have any eqquipment yet. I can buy the ball and dumbells but I'm not sure that I can get the band row. Can I use anything like that or do you have any suggestion??? I love exercises and I love your program, thanks for providing it!!!

  • Recovery Time...

    I am in week two. Week one worked fine and was pretty light. Week two however, steps up the program by quite a bit. My concern is that you only really have one day of recovery time before you are doing the same exercises over again (M-W-F). I am wondering if maybe this should not be separated into upper body and lower body to give 3-4 days of recovery time for each body area?

    I also want to do your Fight Club workout and I have the same concern - same exercises three times in a week seems insufficient time for recovery. Any suggestions?
