Hi bro! I'm going to start your program, however, I still don't have any eqquipment yet. I can buy the ball and dumbells but I'm not sure that I can get the band row. Can I use anything like that or do you have any suggestion??? I love exercises and I love your program, thanks for providing it!!!
By Jackie1408 1206462247I am in week two. Week one worked fine and was pretty light. Week two however, steps up the program by quite a bit. My concern is that you only really have one day of recovery time before you are doing the same exercises over again (M-W-F). I am wondering if maybe this should not be separated into upper body and lower body to give 3-4 days of recovery time for each body area?
I also want to do your Fight Club workout and I have the same concern - same exercises three times in a week seems insufficient time for recovery. Any suggestions?
