hi arnel! i think bichofoo is the winner becouse he was in badest condition of all!

I beleive number 4 looked the best in the end, then number 3, then number 2, but my vote has to go to number 1 simply because it must of been hard to get rid of all that fat for him, and with you guiding him he has the chance to finally look amazing.

personally i think Mauricio looks the closest to you , and definitely looked the best outa 4, but he didnt have much fat to begin with, infact, he had some muscles be4 startin this programme, whereas the rest of de guys had to start with 'pure'-fat concentrated body (hehe), so its not reallly a fair competition, if the rest were given a chance to do another 16 weeks session, then we d see de real results, , but all in all, they all did an amazin job, i ll vote for Mauricio!

i say go with luis. i like how he got thru the last part of getting chizzled.. Mauricio didn't quite have as far to go, b/c u can see definition his his week one. all 4 did an amazing job, i'd like to know if you do any more 16 week challenges.

I vote for bichofoo coz his transformation from being real fat to where he is now is great...he lost a lot of weight than others and i think it's a lot difficult for him in his shape than the rest.

I vote for BICHOFOO (nr 1). I think he was in worst shape and got best body transformation From start to end(even if he did not looked as good as nr 4).

hi Arnel i think Luis should win. because his body shape was the hardest to start from.

i know number 1 lost more weight, but Luis has to have put more effort in to drop that last bit of weight.

for me they earned all the 1st price , but i think nr1 has lost more fat than the others so he wins in my eyes

i think the best is Douglas ,i vote for him.because at first he is in bad condition, and now he has prove that he have do a lot of exercise and lost a lot of his mass.so..vote for Douglas.sorry if my english bad.

Thank you for even considering me, but I was not in the contest as I started the week prior to the contest beginning.

As for my vote I would have to go for Luis, he was the "softest" looking and had the most dramatic change. Great job brother!

I would just like to add that I am one of the many bloggers in the challenges group, and all of us that stuck to Arnels program deffinetely had a lifechanging experience. I am still working hard at achieving the body I want, and am still using Arnels proven program.

I saw all the blogs and the bloog of bichifoo is not from the beguining of your challenge. i dont know why he is in this finals,but this guy made a great chage but not in 16 weeks.Mauricio wass al ready skinny and the work wass easy fore him.and wy he did not put a few photos in colors? photos in colors and diferent position tells more than youst one.
Luis hass the more drastic change of all.

His six pack looks the best of all of them. Luis's looks good as well but No.1 is Mauricio. Other 2 guys only lost their fat. No six packs.

I think Luis tops the chart for me definitely brought out the body hes always had in him well with it bro keep up the good work

My reason being, on his blog he shows his "before" picture but it is dated Dec. 2006- nearly a year before the contest began. He does not show a picture from Sept 2007 when the contest began.
The goal of the contest was to get a sixpack in 16 weeks. Although Bichifoo lost a lot of weight, which is very important, he appeared to have done it over a year, which is not the aim of this particular contest. Two other contestants (Luis and Mauricio) achieved or came very close to the goal of this contest- to achieve sixpack abs in 16 weeks.

Bichofoo did not get as fit as the others but he did try the hardest he lost a lot of weights and the others were not so fat. Bichofoo!

I think Bichofoo wins this, definitely the best transformation, may not have loads of definition yet but the overall change of appearance is much greater than any of the others.

Look this is important, bichofoo only lost weight, but the biggest transformation into a 6 pack abs is Mauricio, his body is more shaped than the others.

LLegar a donde el esta, cuesta mas q los demas 3 juntos. Tanto % de grasa, musculos flojos, cuesta muchisimo hacerlos trabajar ya q el cuerpo no esta en condicion alguna. Le puso mucho empeño y trabajo duro, se nota.

Just started on first week of training. Gteat stuff. I think that Bichofoo is the man that should win. It must have taken alot of hard work considering his fitness level starting out.

the #4 mauricio look great but he wass already by far with less body fat and the work wass less painfull than Luis..

hey bro, great job u're doin here...i agree on the comments others have made abt bichofoo, i think he deserves the encouragement.but i wld not totally agree dt he did much more dan the others did,i personally believe dt he got the result of his effort so did others but i jst suggest he be encouraged to put in more effort.thats my opinion.

this guy went from crap when everyone else had at least moderate muscle lines. No offense but he was a porker before and now he looks great. But if you want the best abbs id say number 4....but he didnt have to go as far as number 1.

The Winner for me is Bichofoo, Because he have burned most of all of them. It must been hard to get rid of all that fat for him. My wote is for Bichofoo.

I have lost weight -30,5kg in 9 months and I still have body more like nr 2 (Luis). I have maid lot of everything and still the body is not under 10% fat position. If Mario have done everything without "stuff" I can recommend him as a winner.

actually what i think is that Luis and Mauricio have great bodies now but doughlas and bichofoo did a great job because their body fat and appearance were much different and they did a great job.

i think both luis and mauricio have done very well to get there body fat dwn so much bt bichofoo i think did exceptionally gd 2 due to the amount of weight he had at the start so prbs luis bt all did reli wel.

Too bad I didn't take pics of myself at the beggining, cuz I got better results than those... And I could get better if I kept the suggested eating plans...

I think everyone did a fantastic job.

IMO he had the best improvement, and though he wasn't as ripped at the end, I think that sort of change is remarkable. Great work all of you. Seriously, you have already all won.

My vote is for LUIS. The guy clearly has shown a huge improvement, he also abide by the rules and has kept up with a picture to display his progress, every week up to week 16. Definitely he is a perfect spokesperson, and example for the 16 Week Six Pack Abs Program, overall. Good job Luis!

They all did really well, but i think losing weight gets harder as your body fat drops. Luis must have had to work out harder to drop his body fat so low. so envious! :P

Had the best transformation because he lost alot of weight and really show his abs.....

He went for it. He shows that he didnt only lose fat, but he also gained muscle. Thats the essence of the exercises.

They were all great. Luis showed the best improvement by loosing the weight and also reaching the goal, abs and low body fat. I give it to LUIS #2.

Mauricio did not lose the most weight (that was Bichofoo), did not get the best abs (I guess that does to Luis), but Mauricio did achieve the best transformation which is what this was all about.

Without a doubt Mauricio looks the best, but they all made a huge change. #1 probably made the biggest change of them all hands down.

I registered just to comment. Arnel, i think you should setup a poll like you did previously. I actually exited saying to myself "i'm not signing up just to comment." This is not really a fair vote IMO.

However, if i had to choose, #1. Simply b/c he lost the most weight and could use the extended help your site offers to drop some more body fat and add some muscle.

Great transformation by all, i started the program before the start of the contest but i went from 172 - 150, 14.5% bf to 8%.

Got to give it to Bichofoo for the best transformation. I'd love to see where he is in another 16 weeks.

The last one for sure (Mauricio). He gained a lot of muscle and lose weight. It is obviously that he burned a lot of fat and show up his abs what I think was the main porpuse.

The other guys didn't seem like they had as far to go. I have to hand it to this one for making the biggest transformation. Good job, everyone!
