The best time of day to workout depends a lot on you as an individual. The thing to remember is to make your workout an appointment with yourself and then keep it. A good time of day to workout will be a time when you don’t feel rushed. For some people that might be in the morning before they get started with their day, but you might find your workout might could also be a good whined down from a long day. What you want to remember is that your workouts, if consistent, will make you look and feel better and thus make you more productive.

There’s nothing more frustrating than starting to workout and then being interrupted. If you treat your workout like you would treat an appointment with a client and physically block a time out in your schedule, you’ll find it is easier to keep that appointment. Let the people you work with and friends know that you are blocking out a certain time for your workouts and have them encourage you to keep those appointments with yourself. If you find that it is hard to set aside a full hour for a workout, then only schedule out 30 minutes of your time for that day’s workout. Any exercise is better than doing nothing at all. So, if you find you’re running low on time, that’s alright, do what you can and keep your workouts consistent. You’ll find that you feel healthier and soon see that finding the time to workout on a regular basis isn’t as hard as you once thought.

What do you do to make sure you have enough time in your day to workout? How have you designed your workout program to fit into your busy schedule? How much better does working out consistently make you feel? We want to hear how you’re making consistent workouts a part of your life and the success you’re seeing.
