The lions know why.
The description I wrote clearly labels exactly what is shown in the clip. This is wildlife photography from an African safari.

Whether there is a special rating for such behavior by lions is unknown to me, and the subject has never come up before.

And you are probably kidding around anyway, in which case all of us, together with the lions, can enjoy a joke regarding their mating habits.
