that's pretty hard to do. It's a demo reel and it's probably done by only one person. If you've ever tried to animate, it's pretty tidious. He or she deserves at least some credit.

  it's hard to do, doesn't mean it's good. For example, if I worked really hard on making the world's longest stop-motion animation movie, that doesn't make it a good move.

  I never said it was good. It's decent work, from all the student work I've seen, and considering the fact it's somewhat hard to do, it deserves some credit.

  I didn't find anything in the clip interesting. but the body mechanics / movement was actually quite good. Except for the back flip that is. Everything else was quite fluid.
  
  Hey, who knows, maybe with a grumpy personality, something like an animated Becker or Jack Nickolson and this thing might be a hit.
