By alysonbrownb21 1272501335At the moment I am doing the 3rd week of your metabolism workout (Every second day) together with interval training (Every day).
My 1st question: Is this workout any good?
My 2nd question: Should I increase my resistance training to every single day or will this worsen it?
My final question: Will I gain muscle faster by training every day or will doing it 3 times a week make the same result?

hey arnel i was just wondering if i train for the next 16 weeks because iv entered in the six pack abs challenge should i do sprints in the morning and then do the exercises in the afternoon that you set out? every second day ? and is this realli true that u can get asix pack in 16week? im 175pounds and probly 14percent fat aye..because iv told all my friends that im going to get a six pack in 16 weeks.

By XoxidE 1200721362I rarely see Arnel using weights. I'm not saying that his method doesn't work, because it does, period. I'm just not so sure it will work for me. I'm 6 ft tall and it's hard to achieve that kind fo result. I'm just wondering if I will be able to gain ass much muscle mass as you Arnel, using your workout, because I'm a lot taller and lankier.
P.S - I should do the same routine 3 days a week then switch over to the next one and repeat?
