    hey arnel i was just wondering if i train for the next 16 weeks because iv entered in the six pack abs challenge should i do sprints in the morning and then do the exercises in the afternoon that you set out? every second day ? and is this realli true that u can get asix pack in 16week? im 175pounds and probly 14percent fat aye..because iv told all my friends that im going to get a six pack in 16 weeks.

  • What about muscle mass?

    I rarely see Arnel using weights. I'm not saying that his method doesn't work, because it does, period. I'm just not so sure it will work for me. I'm 6 ft tall and it's hard to achieve that kind fo result. I'm just wondering if I will be able to gain ass much muscle mass as you Arnel, using your workout, because I'm a lot taller and lankier.

    P.S - I should do the same routine 3 days a week then switch over to the next one and repeat?
