Regardless of whether you have or have not done Yoga before, this video is truly and inspirational mental and physical experience for baby and mom. The 40-minute class starts with simple Yoga warm ups and stretches for the moms, then continues with sitting and standing exercises where the babies help the moms strengthen and tone the muscles of the stomach, chest and shoulders, thighs and buttocks, and the lower back. The program, which features a live chamber quintet, ends with a joyful mom and baby dance followed by a final visualization and meditation cooling off period.

    I'm far from being a puritan and I like watching sexy movies. My computer has a sound problem so I only heard half of what the instructors say in dance or yoga videos. I am a Body Theatre graduate who is also a nonprofessionnal dancer and I started Yoga in 1985. So I am trying to watch videos related to my main interest. In Penang, Malaysia, I don't find much in shop. When still in Paris a year ago, I hadn't heard of Yoga Dance. Now I found some informations on the web but no videos. I would willingly pay to get one but there are none. This is why I download, watch and delete those that I like and you have many.
